They never perform work on our car if it doesn't need to be done but always do what cannot be put off for safety reasons, and they stand behind their work. more

Best customer service ever 5/30/2013

I have been bringing my VW cars to Metric for close to ten years and I have been incredibly pleased by the quality of the work and the superior customer service. This is a family run shop and customers are treated with the utmost respect. Steve and Chris are honest straight shooters who really care about their customers. They have gone the extra mile for me on numerous occasions and have never let me down. If I could give them 6 stars I would!! more

Ooooh that smell 5/18/2013

Yup that familiar coolant smell that gives you a clue that something might be up! It was a Radiator this time and oil change. I have been a customer for over 15 years and 2 vehicles. My father was a mechanic and I know the importance of finding a great one!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!! :) more
