I must admit that I don't keep very good track of what my car needs, but I know that Metric Systems will. They're knowledgeable and organized, their shop is clean and inviting, and they try very hard to accommodate busy people's schedules. They are not the least expensive place to go, for tires, for instance, but I know these guys and trust them. So I don't mind paying a little extra for consistent and reliable service. They take care of their customers: last summer they suggested that I bring in my car before a long trip just to get it checked out. Go there. You'll see. more

Metric Systems is the absolute best. 1/9/2014

Steve bailed me out of a jam on a busy and bitterly cold winter day when I came in with no appointment and a broken window regulator. Fixed it the same day! Metric has no equal: smart people, friendly service. I won't take my car anywhere else. Thank you!! more

Responsive service with short notice 12/28/2013

Needed a headlight replaced and called that morning. Got an appointment and had replacement in a few hours that day. Cost was reaaonable. Had not used this repair shop before but will in the future more

Been going here since 2009 when I got my mom's Passat and honestly wouldn't have bought another car unless Steve agreed he'd service it for me. Have referred more than a half dozen friends here, and will continue to do so they are BOTH great and trustworthy which is a rare find. more
