Excellent, honest service 11/4/2013

I have taken my used Audis to Metric for service for as long as I have owned a car they service. The shop is meticulous, the people are always courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. They stand by the work that is done, they are always able to look at something if I have thought it an emergency. I have never felt they have tried to sell me anything I didn't need and have been great at evaluating, how my high mileage car is doing. As I have generally purchased used cars, and Metric Systems does not service every make, that will be a consideration when the time comes to look for a replacement. more

Outstanding customer service and VW knowledge! 10/30/2013

Right off the bat, I was very impressed at the appearance of this shop. You walk/drive right onto the shop floor and can look at every lift/service bay. Everything was immaculate, which is always a good sign. I have been here for several repairs to my 2010 VW diesel. With each repair, the techs have been very patient and accommodating in answering my questions (I'm a mechanical engineer and a shadetree mechanic myself, so I'm sure this hasn't been easy!). I will certainly keep coming back here for my VW service needs and will recommend that my friends and family do the same. more

Conscientious company, great service and price 10/21/2013

My front bumper got partially pulled off by a lane divider in a parking lot. I called Metric to see if they had a spot open to bring it in quickly, but they were all full up for the week. However, they said they didn't want me driving the car if it was unsafe and told me to bring it in so they could at least look at it and patch it up temporarily until they had time to fully fix it. I brought it in the next day and they were able to pop it off and reattach it correctly within an hour or two. On top of that, the price was great -- much much much lower than I expected! Metric continues to be the garage of choice for my Jetta. Thanks Metric! more

Satisfied customer 9/20/2013

Recently brought my car to Metric for the first time for a brake job, oil change and some other minor work. The shop is very clean and seems to be run by pros. I was satisfied with the work that was done as well as the communication about what needed to be done. The guys even sounded genuinely sympathetic when they told me how much it was going to cost. more

I expected that the seasonal visit to get the car ready for winter would be more than $100. When it was under, it was a really nice surprise. These guys seem honest and diligent and yes, I would definitely recommend them to a friend! In fact, I already have! more
