Sometimes it just doesn't go as planned.... 4/3/2014

So, this is a 'real life' example of why I keep coming back to Metric Systems, for nearly 30 years. Sometimes, the crew at Metric just can't get to everything in a single day. In my case, they were able to fix my colling system leak, but ran out of time to troubleshoot and fix my wiper issue (wouldn't turn off correctly). Consequently, I had to make a return trip. My point is that Steve, et al, made sure that my car *was* ready the next day. Always great service! more

No more oil flashing light so I guess you did a great job. In talking freely with you all it sounded to me like you know your cars inside and out - I gained confidence from your confidence - that I rarely pick up these days. I didn't feel "schmoozed" and taken advantaged of. I also enjoyed meeting others who love the White Mts. more

Steve effectively diagnosed a problem with my jetta tdi turbo and fixed the issue at a significantly lower price than I had been quoted by other mechanics in town. Clearly knowledgeable and reliable. Thanks! more

As always great service. I have been going to Metric for years. Management is professional. I may have a particular problem, which they fix, but they also check the whole car for other problems as well. They make sure I am in a safe car. more

Responsive service & trustworthy 2/6/2014

I had a check engine light appear, called and had appointment in 2 days. After checking vehicle they told me it was minor issue. Also had the oil changed. Cost of service was reasonable and far less than Audi dealers who probably would have told me it was a major problem and charged $$$$, I feel that I can trust this service to be treated fairly. more

took more than 1 visit to repair 1/29/2014

My Jetta was in for 8 hrs for a slow coolant leak problem. I was 1st told that they could not find the leak and to bring it back when the fluid was low again. Then while I was walking back at the end of the day to retrieve the car the leak was found so now I have to bring it back again and be w/o my car again in sub-freezing Polar Vortex temperatures . They do good work but this is not the first time that the principal problem was not repaired the first time. more

I have been bringing my VW and Audi cars to Metric for several years and always found them to be responsive and attentive to needed repairs. Always giving options and advice if a repair is absolutely necessary or not. more
