They want to HELP you, not just take your money 7/24/2015

Just brought my Jeep in for some A/C work. MAJOR A/C work. I had unsuccessfully attempted to fix it myself twice before and only made things worse. Ended up needing a new compressor. Eric called me and told me I could order one myself from a discount parts company I shop at and have it shipped to their shop to save some part markup cost. They also did some battery maintenance for free because the battery was acting up while it was there. Just overall a fantastic shop. Great customer service, quality work and a desire to truly help their customers. more

Out on errands and my truck wouldn't start. Got jumped and was followed to McCullough where they changed out my old battery without having to wait. Always accomodating. Quality help! more
