Do not want to rate you because I was initially impressed, but you did not fix my car. It would not start the next day and a neighbor who does his own car work diagnosed my real ...

Needed annual change and they got me in minutes after I called. As I walked in the door, a mechanic was there to do the work—and I was in and out in no time. And, most importantly...I trust them. more

McCullough Auto Care & Towing feels like your home in the country visiting a close relative that used to be a world renown mechanic and has time just for your needs. I have been patronizing McCullough Auto Care & Towing since 1999. I have tried a lot of other shops because of the distance from my home, and always find my way back to McCullough Auto Care & Towing .. People were very friendly and helpful. Prices are too high for work done. 10/16/2015

I can understand the towing charge, the parts charge and the labor charge. What I cannot understand is a "diagnostic charge" of over $100 when I am having the work done there. I think that is excessive, and as a result not only would I not recommend the place to friends, I would recommend people NOT using it. I am sorry Maurine Eustis recommended this place to me, and so is she. more

Honest Work at a Fair Price 8/14/2015

I moved to the area from out of state, not knowing anyone, so when I needed to have work done on my car, I picked based off the reviews of local places. There's a reason these guys have such a high average rating, they earned it. Both times I had work done on my car, they let me drop off my car before I went into work, gave me a ride to work, then even brought me back after work to pick up my car. Then when it came to payment, they didn't break the bank, they charged for what they did and nothing more. Most importantly though, these few times, they always expressed their sincere appreciation for my doing business with them. I plan on taking my car to them for repairs for the foreseeable future. more
