Awesome service!!! 3/15/2016

We were out of town on vacation driving down I 75 with my kids and wife when we became stranded. We called McCullough and they got us in and out and back on the road in no time at all!! The service there is great!! more

Outstanding service, as always! 3/5/2016

Just a routine service and oil change but McCullough makes it special with focused customer attention. I live in Virginia but I visit my 91 yo Mother every month or so and recently started to take her Lexus to McCullough for service. I will continue to do so and wish they were in Virginia too. more

It is difficult to trust auto care places nowadays. I have been serviced by this company for over a year now and I feel I can trust the work done in my car without having to question, "was the job done or not". I think this is important. The staff is friendly and also very honest which is hard to do in this business. Graham has done an awesome work dealing with me as a customer and I appreciate that. more

Careful workmanship 2/16/2016

McCullough had to carefully remove my dash to replace my Jeep's heater core. They were meticulous & it's all as good as new. Thank you McCullough, you all are the BEST! more

Total car care performed efficiently. 2/9/2016

McCullough monitors all systems to keep my 1993 Lexus SC300 reliable and safe. Car passed the emissions test with ease. Oil change, lube and new front brakes were also completed in the one-day visit. They take time to explain the repairs and test results in terms I understand. Great customer service! more
