not good.

Totally unhelpful and gave ridiculously high estimates! 7/11/2006

I called and they were totally unhelpful on the phone. Then for the tiniest of dings, which VW said should cost no more than $50, they quoted me several hundred! I'm no fool, I went somewhere else. Cons: Unhelpful on the phone, try to rip you off more
