Mangold was very helpful in every way possible during our lease term. The staff in the office were always very friendlyl. The most amazing experience I had during our lease was when Cal Am tried to stick us with a $4,400 water bill for a toilet that was unnoticeably running over a two month period. The president of Mangold, Craig Coming took it upon himself to personally contact upper management at Cal Am and they agreed to adjust the bill down to our historical water usage rates. That saved us thousands of dollars! We'd recommend Craig and Mangold to anyone looking to have a property managed or looking to rent. They are fair and do everything in their power to make sure their clients needs are met. more

In 2012, I Short-Sale my home, I was Nervous in entering the Rental Market, but I was blessed and was treated with respect and Erika property manager', made those difficult times"", EASIER!\r I was there for a year, they were Never intrusive*, when I completed my 1 year lease"", Eric', another property Manager went out of his way to promptly return our Security Deposit!*\r I'm not making this up', I'm not getting compensated in any way"". Just speaking the truth. more

My experiences with Mangold have been nothing but professional and pleasant. I have used their service in total for about 3 years. I have rented on 2 seperate occasions and would have no hesitations in using them again or refering them.\r I would like to specifically point out Erica and Sandy. I can not sing their praises enough. Erica has handled every detail from start to finish without any hiccups and always provided me with honest feedback and guidance during my time as a renter. Sandy graciously worked with me on the rent side, i.e. payment when things came up and I needed a special arrangement.\r Mangold is a respected and courtious business whom I would gladly return for services if needed. more

I have nothing but nice things to say about their management. Everyone communicates with each other, they are very prompt with questions and concerns, and they work with you. \r \r My fiancé and I are having to break our lease due to personal circumstances and each person on the management team has called us to make sure everything is okay, and to let us know how to go about breaking the lease. Anytime we have a question, someone calls us back quickly. \r \r I'm sure each apartment unit is different, however when we first moved in there were a few issues- leaks, a broken dishwasher, and a few broken blinds. Whenever we called to put in a work order, someone was out to our apartment very quickly. Although, no one ever fixed our blinds but that was the least bit of our concerns. \r \r This company is very well managed, I've been impressed. more

I have been renting for a long time and from lots of different managers. The folks here have been some of the best. They care about maintenance concerns and are easy to reach when needed. That's not always the case with some companies. more

Mangold Property Management was a pretty good place to rent from. They were always nice and took care of whatever needed fixing or maintenance. When I moved out I got more of my deposit than I expected because the carpet was stained. Mangold said it was too old and would require replacement anyway. more

The office staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The biggest problem with most property management companies is communication - and mangold has it down pact. Prompt and professional.\r \r Communication was my deciding factor of choosing this company in an area riddled with them. When you're under a time crunch you don't want to wait for returned calls or to be left wondering what the status of your application is. Would recommend. more
