I've been a tenant for over 3 years now, and have never had any problems with my apartment. I'm lucky enough to live in a building in a quiet neighborhood, and none of my neighbors have ever been a problem. There have been occasional maintenance issues - a burst pipe or inconsistent heat - but the Mangold PM facilities crew always fixes the problems in no time at all. I do wish the apartment complex were entirely non-smoking, although I don’t expect that it will be. And I do love the ivy and replanting that’s been going on, it is a great improvement. more

Very satisfied! 9/27/2013

I've lived in a Mangold managed home for many years. I wouldn't move anywhere because this place is always quiet, clean, and has very responsible staff. I am a very satisfied tenant! more

We really appreciate having on site managers. Since they live here they can really get a good idea of what's going on and are always right on it when there's something needed to be done. They're also very accessible, easy to talk to, and definitely feel like real neighbors. Good people. Thanks for everything. more

In my case, as a landlord, Mangold takes care of the advertising, application and check out processes. I handle much (but not all) of the maintenance. Thankfully, being close to DLI, MIIS, and NPGS keeps my units in demand. Mangold collects rents, pays utilities, advises on maintenance issues, takes care of emergency problems and handles it all pretty well. more

We've been living in a Mangold property for a few years now, and they have always been quick to fix things and easy to work with.\r \r The ladies who answer the phone, Maria and Olga, are very nice and professional and take care of what you need or transfer you to where you need to go.\r \r A lot of the properties are not pet friendly, but that isn't their choice. I would give Mangold a call and give them a try. The rental rates won't break the bank. more

I have been Mangold PM for a variety of property management and maintenance issues for almost two years now. I find them to be an extremely prompt, courteous, and cost effective solution for me being a property owner a state away from his rental units. Their range of expertise and services make them my one-stop-shop for my property management needs. more
