I have been struggling with a cockro-ch problem in an apartment complex managed by Mangold (my apartment is literally overrun with them). Cockro-ches pose a serious health risk because they are disease carriers. Mangold property management, whom I contacted to report the problem, did not return my phone messages and when I did get through to someone on the phone, the representative yawned and actually said, ""Well, just move out!"" When I explained I had an infant son and wanted the ro-ches GONE instead of my having to move, the representative promised to buck it up to someone else at Mangold for action. Needless to say, I never heard back from them. I'm contacting the county's health and safety department for action. \r

Everyone remember the statement, ""EBayer Beware!"" Well, I'm telling you--Renter Beware! Avoid Mangold properties. You will get NO SUPPORT on potentially dangerous issues!
Pros: Mangold's answering machine works very well
Cons: No messages returned, no action on infestations, ad nauseum
