My experience with Mangold was the best. Dennis was always there to help with any questions or concerns my family and I had. Erika was very helpful. The rental I had I loved the home like it was my own. Any issue I had wether it was matinence it got taken care of right away. All mangold employees we're great and very professional. I greatly appreciate everything mangold did for my family. I will make sure to refer friends and family to mangold property for rental. Thank you Mangold property management. more

I have had my house managed by Mangold Property Management for many years and find their services to be professional and friendly. In reviewing some of the other posts I can't help but put a good review down. As an owner, my property manager's responsibility is to find a good resident who qualifies for my house, collect the rent, help organizer maintenance, and keep the rents at or close to the market rent. In Monterey, the price for houses is very high and the rent I collect does not cover the mortgage. I always have to decide what upgrades/ maintenance are necessary and which ones I cannot afford. This is not Mangold's decision. Mangold does have owners to answer to. They do not own the properties and do not have the ultimate decision making power. more

I went to view units at the Reef apartments on Laurel and was greeted with one of the best service i have ever had. The manager Michelle was extreamly friendly and helpful showed me the grounds and units. The property is beautiful very presentable and quiet with a pool. It's rare now in days to find people so helpful. I will defenetly be back more

Out of all the places I have lived in and dealing with different property managements, Mangold Property is at the top of their game. Great service all the way around. Whenever I had a problem and needed it fixed I had the best response. The staff in the office are not only friendly and professional but go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of. \r I have never been more at home then where I am now. Furthermore every time I walk in the office for whatever reason or need to call I am greeted with a smile and great attitude or a satisfying telephone call. Thank you for everything your office and staff does to make my living as pleasurable as possible. more

I find them to be an extremely prompt, courteous, and cost effective solution for me being a property owner a state away from his rental units. Their range of expertise and services make them my one-stop-shop for my property management needs. more

I stayed in one of the apartments managed by Mangold Property Management and their service was always very efficient and helpful. I found it very easy to move in/out of the apartment with their help. I had to ask them to secure my mail after I moved out because I was late to arrange my forward service, and they were very helpful for that too. I recommend their service. more

I rented from them years ago, moved away and came back to rent with them again. I bought a house recently so I wouldn't rent from them again consequently but I would totally recommend them. They are fair and responsive, the two most important things a renter (or owner) is looking for. I had a leak in my kitchen sink and it was fixed that same day. I can't say the same of other places I've rented. I even recently recommended them to a friend who just moved to the area and he has been happy with his new place thus far. more

I am surprisd they are rated so low. I have rented apartments from them since 1997 and have never had a problem. They made requested repairs quickly. They even helped me switch apartments when my family grew. The office is very busy every time I went there and not always helpful otherwise I would have given them 5 stars. more

Recently, I moved from Sacramento, to the Salinas Valley. I was looking for a quiet, affordable home-and found one (meeting those requirements) managed by Mangold Property Management.\r \r I called their office, finding their staff to be friendly and helpful. Erika (a Property Manager) in particular, stands out for her efficiency.\r \r As everyone knows, moving involves alot of work-I'm glad Erika eased the burden, by taking care of all of the paperwork-in advance. \r \r I highly recommend Mangold Property Management; I would definately use them again. \r \r Ask for Erika... more

I have been with Mangold properties for about 9 months now and from the beginning they have been very help full to all my rental needs, may I say first the staff at Mangold is friendly professional and knowledgeable. (the three ladies up front!) anytime i needed pluming or other things taken care of at my property they took care of it write away and made me feel comfortable, they truly care. I recommend Mangold Property Management to anyone looking for great rental properties! more

They are very efficient, detail oriented, whenever we needed anything accomplished at our home in Del Montte Forest, it was always completed in a proper timeframe and manner. Okay so I will update my review as I am coming to the end of our term and will let you know how the moving out process goes\r \r For now: \r The women in the office are so nice! I don't understand why people are saying they're mean. Every time I've gone in, we always talk! \r \r As for maintenance I think Morris, the older gentlemen (sorry if I butchered the name) is awesome!! He's always friendly and fixes things quick! He even calls ahead usually which is a plus. All the maintenance on my place has been fine. \r \r So far I haven't had any problems with Mangold. I see I'm in the minority on Yelp but clearly they can't be that bad if they manage so many places, right? Like I said I will update. I haven't had a problem moving out of a place and I'm pretty sure I won't with Mangold either :) more
