I have been trying different waxing places ever since I moved up to the bay area, but I'm usually disappointed with them. Finally, I found someone who knows what's she doing and who's fast, but won't leave a sticky wax residue all over your bikini area. Lucia is friendly and professional so if you want your brazilian to be done right, I definitely recommend her services. more

Excellent service and friendly 6/30/2011

Had a brazilian and upper legs waxing. she's using an excellent technique and it was much less painful than most of the bikini waxing I've had before (and I had many). Lucia is very careful and professional, I absolutely recommend it. more

bikini wax I've had. It was really nice to enter the studio it was professional and clean. Lucia was very nice and talkative, making me feel comfortable the whole time she was waxing. The hard wax was good. She took care of my ingrown hairs and I got PFB product. She did a thorough job removing my hair, most times i have to ask people to do a spot they missed or clean up the design...also GOOD PRICE for quality of wax and professionalism more

Had a Brazilian wax from Lucia, and I found her technique to be excellent. My skin was very smooth with no strays left behind. Of course it hurts--it's a Brazilian--but only for a second with each strip of wax. Note that her studio door is on the ground floor around the side of the house, and after you ring the bell, just wait for her to open the door if she's running late (there's no waiting area inside...the door goes right into her studio). She's super nice and a total pro. more

i got my legs and under arms waxed yesterday by Lucia. I was very pleased with the results. There was no pain or rash afterwards to the under arm area from the waxing. And the full leg waxing was done quickly and will little discomfort. It was a very convenient location with good parking..And the pricing was very competitive. Plus, I liked that I could make the appointment on line and that it was followed up with a reminder email. I highly recommend Lucia's! more

I found Lucia initially on the internet and have been seeing her for underarm waxes for the last 2 years. She is the best waxer I have ever found! I recently moved to San Francisco and have tried 3 different salons, but they either did a poor job that left me with ingrown hairs, it hurt too much or they were really late for my appointments. Lucia is kind, informative and punctual. Her little studio is comfortable and private. I even drive over from San Francisco for her. more

I was very nervous about getting a Brazilian Wax, but Lucia has such a great personality and hands on skills that my experience was in the very minimum pain range. I do plan on returning and sending friends to her!!! Thank you Lucia for making me as smooth as a baby's bottom! more

Great experience 6/16/2011

Lucia has 17 years of experience in facials and gives deep cleansing treatments at a GREAT price. My skin has never looked cleaner or better! She also kindly cut my hair that day although I did not have an appt, which turned out really nice as well. It was my first experience and I will definitely be back for more! more

I have never had a brazilian wax before so needeless to say, I was scared. Lucia was very welcoming and very professional. I could not believe how fast things were and how relatively painless it was. I did not have any soreness or redness as a first timer. I highly recommend her and I plan to be back. I am also going to refer my friends who want to try a brazilian as she is the best for someone who is coming for the first time. more

Lucia is a warm and friendly person who made my waxing experience the best it could possibly be. I had the full brazilian and she was finished in 15 minutes! AMAZING! The waxing was way less painful and I had minimal soreness and redness afterward than other waxes I've had. She uses a wax meant for sensitive skin which makes a huge difference in the final outcome. Lucia also charges quite a bit less than most salons because she is so quick and efficient. I will most definitely come back to her!! more

She is super fast, efficient, thorough and its as close to pain free as you can get with a brazilian! I was really scared to go get one since I havent gotten one in more than 2 months...yep..I was lazy...but Lucia was great and she knew exactly what to do. She is super friendly and she even gave me some advice on how to take care of my skin. She is really wonderful! I definitely recommend her! more

Lucia is the sh*t when it comes to waxing (I would assume with other services, but I've only been to her for waxing). She instantly makes you feel comfortable, and she is always fair with her pricing. Just suck it up and go, you will NOT leave unsatisfied. more

I just had an extending Brazilian and Lucia does a fantastic job. You can tell that she has done lots of these as she is quick and professional. She also has that gift of making you feel really comfortable with casual small talk while she is waxing your nether regions. I can't recommend her more! more

Made an appointment for an hour ahead on the awesome online system, she got the text and i came in for a "happy trail" tummy wax. She asked me a few questions about school and i was done! Coming back here for a brazilian next week! Nice clean & cozy little room, expert waxing! more

Great experience 5/1/2011

Let's face it: Waxing is always painful. I had a Brazilian wax once before and it really hurt, but this time it was actually not that bad. The place is nice and clean and have very nice decorations to distract you. Lucia is very nice and it was really quick and less painful than the last time I had a waxing. I will definitely be back. more
