Just bought a 2010 certified chevy Aveo frol Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet in Coconut Creek . WOW, what a great deal and the warranty is actually longer than had I bought it brand new. The entire staff was fabulous and even went the extra mile to get me a very special finance rate. After reading someof the reviews, I had some concerns but the proof was in the pudding. I really think that people who are unhappy for whatever the reason are much more likley to publish scathing reviews and happy customers like me usually dont take the time to post the good news. I have nothing but praise for this place, their management and especially the great guys n the finance office. Unlike some of the reviews here , i will gladly tell everyone I know to try them out. more

Horrible used car buying experience. Sales staff said used vehicle was in great condition - parts fell off in my hand during the test drive. Brakes screeched. Other strange rumbling noises. Staff said the car already had a safety check, and suggested my husband fix the problem. \r \r They use spot deal tactics which are technically legal in Florida but unethical. Called me back two weeks later and said they would have to change my finance rate to 18%. I was approved elsewhere at 8%. While waiting to discuss this with finance, I sat with two other customers who had also been spot-dealed. Finance informed me there were no manager for me to talk to. When I refused to sign a new contract (as is my right), they were magically able to honor the original contract. Bought my first car at Lou and ended up getting a pretty good deal at the time. Oil changes and service are usually quick to complete and they also have a shuttle service if you need it, which is a great plus. Never had a problem there. more
