I just wanted to write this review in appreciation of the excellent service I received today and always receive from Jeremy Meyer. Since my 2001 Chev Blazer was new I have brought my truck and a little later our 2001 SC1 Saturn. Jeremy has always taken care of us. He has followed through on every promise to us through the years. You should all be proud that you have such a caring and professional employee on your staff. My wife and I give him the best marks for 1. Courtesy, 2. Professionalism, 3. Attention to detail, 4. And a true concern for us. He doesn't rush us but spends time to make sure that we completely have the time to explain to him our needs. I can tell you this, because of his excellent service our next two car/truck purchases will be at your facility. I would also like to mention our appreciation to the mechanics that service our vehicles, here are their identification numbers: Techs 587 & 228. As a note, until I was disabled, I was an ASE certified mechanic from 1974-2010. I am now the Sr. Customer Service Representative. We are a company that produces marine a/c for boats from 22-200'. So I know what good service is. Please make sure that this e-mail goes to the service manager and Mr. Bachrodt. They need to know how valuable these employees are. Also, please let Jeremy know that I submitted this. Thank you for all the years of great service that we have received mostly as a result of Jeremy's great service.
