Horrible used car buying experience. Sales staff said used vehicle was in great condition - parts fell off in my hand during the test drive. Brakes screeched. Other strange rumbling noises. Staff said the car already had a safety check, and suggested my husband fix the problem. \r \r They use spot deal tactics which are technically legal in Florida but unethical. Called me back two weeks later and said they would have to change my finance rate to 18%. I was approved elsewhere at 8%. While waiting to discuss this with finance, I sat with two other customers who had also been spot-dealed. Finance informed me there were no manager for me to talk to. When I refused to sign a new contract (as is my right), they were magically able to honor the original contract.
