My experience of buying a new vehicle at Leith Volkswagen was truly a pleasant event. They were knowledgeable and experienced and listened to my concerns and were helpful in resolving any issues I had. The sales person was capable and wanted to make me happy the Sales Manager tried to give the best deal he could. This was the first time I purchased a car in NC and I believe the experience was better than I expected from buying many cars over the years in many different states. Well done Leith Volkswagen and I will be back. more

Do yourself a favor and go to Leith VW 6/20/2012

2013 - VW CC - Purchased 5-18-2012\r \r I had been thinking of trading in my SUV for a few months and replacing it with a more fuel efficient vehicle, but with maintaining a style and performance level I could live with. I reside in the Washington DC Metro area and commuting in and around the beltway is killer on gas. My previous purchases were mixes between Acuras and Nissans and I had simply grown tiresome of the Japanese offerings, so I knew I wanted to go European with my next purchase and test the waters. I did my own research on the Passat (V6 & TDI) along with the CC, and began calling VW dealarships local to me. It was frustrating to me as I was dealing with people who weren't listening to what I was asking and had only a singular focus on 'getting me on their lot' and skirting over my questions. Customer taken advantage of 6/19/2012

My husband and I went to Leith VW in Cary to look for options on lowering our current payments. We had a pleasant experience with Jason Walker up until we asked if we could have our keys back after they apprised our trade-in. We thanked them for their time and told them we wanted to take the night to think about the offer. They came back with a lower offer, but not our keys. At that point we were already there for 5 + hours. We have a toddler that started to lose it and so did we. We asked if the offer would still be there tomorrow we would like to take the night to think about it and if we could get our keys. We felt very pressured and still were not given our keys. Sadly we said yes to the not so good deal in order to leave. We did not feel comfortable about it and very pressured. The very next day we drove an hour and half back to the dealership to try and work something out and dealt with inconsiderate Sales Manger, Jack. Great Service 4/1/2012

I have purchased over 20 vehicles over the years, and 5 have been with Leith dealerships. Simply no comparison. At Leith you get to deal with normal people who treat you with respect-everytime. I made an appointment with Troy Haynes at Leith VW in Cary and we made a deal my way. I don't care how everyone else buys a car and Troy Haynes will help you any way possible. No one gives cars away and Leith will prove to be a top value for your time. more

Great Experience 12/31/2011

I did a lot of comparison shopping both online and at the dealers, my experience with leith VW of Raleigh was by far the best. I never felt pressured, no one was following me out the door changing prices as I left or calling me five times a day telling me that they would beat another dealers price. Charles Crowley made me feel that I was getting the best price without all the song and dance. He was just a genuine, honest informed and truly nice person, a pleasure to do business with, If you're in the market for a new VW see Charles. more

Awesome Buying Experience 5/25/2011

I had a such a great experience buying my new Jetta at Letih VW in Cary. Said and Luigi could not have been any more personable or funny. They both made the process a lot less heavy and overwhelming. Even though Said is new, he did extremely well during my time with him. This was my first VW buying experience and I feel that I was not only well taken care of then, but that I will be down the road as well. I am obsessed with my new car. Thanks so much, guys! more

My sales experience at Leith VW was great, Mike Campbell really knew the new features of the VW GTI, which was important to me. I am a avid VW car owner, and love my new GTI. The paper work process has much improved since the last time i purchased a vw, I am also happy that they made me feel like a valued customer even after the purchase. more

LOVE our Jetta TDI 5/14/2011

Like many people recently, we decided we needed to switch from our 16MPG SUV to something more economical. We went to Leith and spoke with Troy Haynes, explaining we were in the market for the Jetta TDI, but were still considering several other vehicles which we were still planning on taking for a test drive. Many salesmen will push and push you to make a decision right on the spot, which would have turned us off instantly. But Troy understood what we were doing, and was confident after we had driven those other cars that we'd be back. And of course we did! Leith overall, and Troy in particular, were very easy to work with, no pressure at all, and we ended up with a terrific car that gets 42MPG! more

Excellent Experience at Leith VW! 5/11/2011

This past weekend I made a spur of the moment trip over to Leith VW to check out a 2009 Passat I found on line. From the time I arrived to the time I left I had a fantastic car buying experience. I got the rates I wanted and trade in I was hoping for. They even gave me lunch and coffee while I waited! Troy Haynes assisted me throughout my afternoon and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car at Leith VW. Excellent Experience at Leith VW 2/23/2011

I was in the market to trade in my Hemi V8 for a smaller car with better gas mileage. My first dealership stop was Leith VW as they had a used GTI on the lot I really wanted to drive. I was greeted right away by Mark Bertrand. He let me drive the car and then quickly gave me an idea of what I could expect for a trade-in on my Hemi. I brought my husband back with me the following Friday to look at the car. Mark answered all of our questions and within a few hours I was leaving with my GTI. The trade was fair, the price was better than expected and Mark was honest with us and really worked hard to get us the best deal. I would recommend Leith VW and Mark Bertrand to any of my family or friends looking for a new or used car. more

I had an excellent experience at Leith VW. Troy Haynes, my salesman, was spectacular. He was friendly, candid and straightforward. He patiently worked with me to select the right car and to strike a deal that kept me within my budget. The other staff people I worked with were friendly and helpful, as well. Great Car Buying 12/30/2010

This was the only Dealership that met us as we got out of our car upon arrival. We introducted ourselves and they pulled the car around and showed us the car of our dreams. After the test drive offered us a drink or water whiled we waited for the sale to go through. Once everything was final they filled up the car and cleaned which we didn't expect. I would reccomend them all my friends and family for a great car experience. more
