My husband and I went to Leith VW in Cary to look for options on lowering our current payments. We had a pleasant experience with Jason Walker up until we asked if we could have our keys back after they apprised our trade-in. We thanked them for their time and told them we wanted to take the night to think about the offer. They came back with a lower offer, but not our keys. At that point we were already there for 5 + hours. We have a toddler that started to lose it and so did we. We asked if the offer would still be there tomorrow we would like to take the night to think about it and if we could get our keys. We felt very pressured and still were not given our keys. Sadly we said yes to the not so good deal in order to leave. We did not feel comfortable about it and very pressured. The very next day we drove an hour and half back to the dealership to try and work something out and dealt with inconsiderate Sales Manger, Jack.
