Like many people recently, we decided we needed to switch from our 16MPG SUV to something more economical. We went to Leith and spoke with Troy Haynes, explaining we were in the market for the Jetta TDI, but were still considering several other vehicles which we were still planning on taking for a test drive. Many salesmen will push and push you to make a decision right on the spot, which would have turned us off instantly. But Troy understood what we were doing, and was confident after we had driven those other cars that we'd be back. And of course we did! Leith overall, and Troy in particular, were very easy to work with, no pressure at all, and we ended up with a terrific car that gets 42MPG!
