Laundry Locker's highly reliable pick-up/delivery services, streamlined website, admirable customer service, and reasonable prices make it THE go-to laundry vendor. LL provides incredible convenience to folks whose schedules don't include time to handle errands during normal hours. The last thing that I want to worry over after a 16-hr workday is not having clean clothes for the next day. With LL, I just (1) throw clothes into a bag provided to me, (2) place the bag next to my door and click a couple keys online, and (3) PRESTO! - beautifully cleaned garments delivered the next day. When I notified LL about a stain in a pair of khakis, Arik personally emailed me with a very nice note, immediately removed the stain, and sent back my khakis as good as new. Laundry Locker is simply a brilliant service. I first tried it after I didn't get off work in time to pick up my dry cleaning before my old cleaners took a week vacation. I was really impressed with the quality of the cleaning, and I think Arik is possibly the most helpful customer service representative on the planet. Laundry Locker is an incredible service. Rather than wasting my precious free time running back and forth to the machines, I have the priviledge of dropping it off in the morning and having it ready by the time I get home. I am 47 yo, and I tell you things just ain't what they used to be -- except for Laundry Locker. Let's face it. Customer service is a bold-faced lie -- except for Laundry Locker. Most business ideally want to take your money for notthing. And I am too busy to bitch and moan and fight to get things done properly. So I let it go... But I got to tell you Arik at Laundry Locker actually asks ""is it ok."" And, he is promptly on the ""J"" to get it right when it is not, and he will tell you why when he cannot! Amazing! Laundry used to be the bane of my existence, but now I don't even think about with Laundry Locker. The service is very timely, reliable, and I don't need to schedule time anymore to drop off dry cleaning, wash and fold, or do it myself. This is much easier than how I was handling things before, and the website, email updates and texts always let you know where everything is of yours at all times. Keep up the great work!
