""RUDE!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My boyfriend and I just moved to San Francisco and we had to stay in a hotel for 2 weeks before our lease started. I looked up laundry services and saw that Laundry Locker had great reviews. It fit the bill for what we needed at the time which was CONVENIENCE. We both have demanding work schedules and the idea of drop off and pick up at any time at the 24/7 Kiosk location was appealing. Well, we went to pick up our laundry and for 3 days we could not get in because the card scan was not working. It got to be the weekend and the office was closed so we couldn't get to speak with anyone until Monday. We had to spend money on buying undergarments to hold us over. When we finally got someone on the phone the attendant was rude and would not refund us any money for our inconvenience. We were told that it was not their problem and that the owner would not care about our issue. Poor Customer Service!!! Inconsiderate!! Rude!!"" more

I was a little weary of not doing my dry cleaning in person, but they do a really good job and have been very consistent with getting my items back to me in a timely fashion. And, I love that they email me when they pick up my order and when they drop it off. Easy. more

I never remember to pick up my laundry from ordinary dry cleaners, but laundry locker makes it easy. I have a locker in my apartment building, so I just have to drop my stuff downstairs and pick it up the next day. No extra effort! They also give you your own official laundry bag to use with their service that has your name and barcode on it, so I feel like my things won't get lost. I liked the stickers for stains idea as well, that way I know that they aren't missing anything! They keep you updated through texts and emails during the day, so I know where my stuff is at all times. It's a little pricier than the places in my neighborhood, but if you are willing to pay a little extra for convenience, then this is for you! Laundry Locker is amazing! I'll never do my laundry at a laundromat again! I was lucky enough to have a personal pickup already set up for my building, so I don't even need to take my laundry to a drop off location - I simply leave it outside my apartment and it's returned there the next day! Pros: Convenience! Cons: They can't hang dry anything more

I've been using Lanudry Locker for a few months now and it's been great. They do an excellent job of pressing and dry cleaning (not like the typical place that actually irons the wrinkles in). The pick-up and delivery is quick and easy, and if you need to get a hold of them, they'll actually email or pick up the phone!!! I won't go back to lugging my dry cleaning any more! more

The concept is great--such convenience and wonderful customer service. It has been a pleasure being one of their customers. Unfortunately, my landlord doesn't want to add the service because it takes money away from his laundry machines. Therefore, I go through the trouble of taking my clothes to a neighbor's house who has their lockers. It's much easier and more convenient than going to an actual cleaners!! Door to door laundry AND dry cleaning? Next day OR SAME DAY delivery? I can choose the specifics about my laundry down to what type and how much fabric softener? I can do it online? This is the greatest service I have used in San Francisco. It complements true city living. Laundry Locker is expedient and professional. I have never had any negative experiences unlike when I do my own laundry. I highly recommend this to anyone - even those folks who like rummaging in their couch cushions for that last quarter for the dryer..... I have the home delivery service (not the actual locker) and it's been very reliable and high quality service. Customer service is also responsive. If you don't have a locker in your building, you have to give them a key to the building entrance, which was a hassle for me because of my landlord's rules, but in the end so worth it just to not have to struggle with the bag up and down the stairs! more

They are brilliant...honestly, even if you're nuts and you don't mind schlepping down to the the laundromat (or the basement of your building if you're lucky) you can probably *still* appreciate that the services provided by Laundry Locker are an absolute godsend. We don't have one of their lockers already set up in our building, so the great guy who manages the L.L. office was kind enough to arrange for me their 'home delivery' service. If you put in your order online by 9AM on the day you want it picked up then you get your stuff back the very next day...even if that next day is a Saturday! The options for customization of your washing/drycleaning order are so helpful it's almost ridiculous. (From wash temp to number of loads, oxyclean vs. bleach, and a choice of detergents vs. providing your own.) To top it all off, the prices are totally reasonable. Especially compared to most local wash-and-folds who may beat L.L. by just a few cents...but the home delivery alone is more than worth the price difference. more

I can drop them off WHENEVER I want and know I'll get them back within a very quick turnaround. Since you customize your preferences in your profile, they take care of your clothes the same way you would, or in my case much better -- as they are perfectly folded and smell so good. Sure, you might find a laundry that has a slightly lower price per pound, but this service is a steal considering the top-notch, quality service, and for the convenience -- they couldn't make this any easier for you -- you'll never have to dash over to the cleaners before they close. You drop it off, go online and notify them, and they pick it up, return it and notify you via email and text. That is definitely worth a few pennies more, yes? It is for me. Again, I tried it to see if I would like it and have never looked back, so if you value your free time, you owe it to yourself to leave your laundry to the experts. I am a busy mom and consultant and I hate to admit it but sometimes I don't get to my laundry for weeks and weeks. Finding Laundry Locker was the best discovery yet.
