They are brilliant...honestly, even if you're nuts and you don't mind schlepping down to the the laundromat (or the basement of your building if you're lucky) you can probably *still* appreciate that the services provided by Laundry Locker are an absolute godsend. We don't have one of their lockers already set up in our building, so the great guy who manages the L.L. office was kind enough to arrange for me their 'home delivery' service. If you put in your order online by 9AM on the day you want it picked up then you get your stuff back the very next day...even if that next day is a Saturday! The options for customization of your washing/drycleaning order are so helpful it's almost ridiculous. (From wash temp to number of loads, oxyclean vs. bleach, and a choice of detergents vs. providing your own.) To top it all off, the prices are totally reasonable. Especially compared to most local wash-and-folds who may beat L.L. by just a few cents...but the home delivery alone is more than worth the price difference.
