LL provides incredible convenience to folks whose schedules don't include time to handle errands during normal hours. The last thing that I want to worry over after a 16-hr workday is not having clean clothes for the next day. With LL, I just (1) throw clothes into a bag provided to me, (2) place the bag next to my door and click a couple keys online, and (3) PRESTO! - beautifully cleaned garments delivered the next day.
When I notified LL about a stain in a pair of khakis, Arik personally emailed me with a very nice note, immediately removed the stain, and sent back my khakis as good as new.
