I am 47 yo, and I tell you things just ain't what they used to be -- except for Laundry Locker. Let's face it. Customer service is a bold-faced lie -- except for Laundry Locker. Most business ideally want to take your money for notthing. And I am too busy to bitch and moan and fight to get things done properly. So I let it go... But I got to tell you Arik at Laundry Locker actually asks ""is it ok."" And, he is promptly on the ""J"" to get it right when it is not, and he will tell you why when he cannot!
