Greeted nicely by receptionist staff. Appointment ran on time and other staff said hello while walking past us. Exceptional stylist! We have never had a bad haircut in 12 years.

I just love Ladies & Gentleman in Legacy Village. I'm so glad my daughter made the initial appointment for me. It's always such a relaxing experience. Whether it's a facial or a simple haircut, the service is excellent. Keep up the good work! more

Great experience 5/23/2011

I've been going to Ladies and Gentlemen for about 5 years now, and I don't think I've ever had a bad experience! I have seen many different stylists, from Express to Signature, and I have always been thrilled with how my hair turns out. They are all professional, and you really can't go wrong with any of them (at least in my experience.) I have my regular favorite Signature stylist now, and she is by far the best stylist I have ever been to--not only does she do a great job, but her personal skills are so wonderful. I consider her a good friend. You will not regret coming here. The prices are very reasonable, for everything you get in the experience. more

Every experience I have had at Ladies and Gentleman (client of 8 years) has been superb. From the gifted and welcoming staff, the "green" culture, the elegance, etc... Lds & Gents is truly a magical place. more

Wonderful service 5/23/2011

I was extremely pleased with the service at Ladies and Gentlemen. I saw Nick and he gave me a wonderful haircut and style. The best style I have gotten along with a hand massage, facial and make-up. I was extremely pleased and am planning on coming back. more

Jen Roskey Rocks 5/18/2011

Jen Roskey is not only amazingly talented with her ability to color, cut and style hair, but she's also personable, adorable, and funny. My hair looked so unbelievably perfect yesterday when I left the salon, and today as well, that people swore I was wearing a wig (the really expensive, full and beautiful kind). I'm afraid if other customers see this review, I'll never get an appointment with Jen again. Truth is, she deserves all the success with her G-d given talent. She listens to her clients and isn't afraid to steer them clear of making a big mistake. I came in yesterday with a picture and she agreed the style would look great and she produced it no problem. Jen, thanks for being you! more

Services were great but.... 5/12/2011

For a spa it was to noisy. During my massage there were kids screaming and I could hear employees talking and blowdryers going on the salon side. The massage was amazing, but it was to difficult to truly relax. I would be happy to return for salon or nail services but probably will not get another massage at this location which is a shame because it felt great! more

A lovely day in the neighborhood which means everyone was out in their shorts at Legacy and at 4 PM there were no close-in parking spaces. Didn't mind the walk from beyond Talbots, but makes one wonder why the restaurants have some reserved spots but L&G doesn't. Would probably be in use anyhow. Although the front desk staff was friendly & attentive, you'd think someone might have noticed the empty display of OPI across from them. Waiting time was brief. Although not as noisy as my last visit, again around the bend and in the back area, I still think the owners might be wise to do something about the acoustics to make it less noisy and to encourage softer voices...but everyone speaking above the blowers etc makes for a din I don't look forward to having to endure. But that's just me. more

Perfect brows 5/11/2011

I recently had eyebrow threading at Legacy and it was a fantastic experience. In & out in less than 10 minutes, staff was great, and brows are perfect!! I would recommend to everyone!!! more
