Greeted nicely by receptionist staff. Appointment ran on time and other staff said hello while walking past us. Exceptional stylist! We have never had a bad haircut in 12 years.

I have been to a number of spas and none can compare to here. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and provide THE BEST services. I felt as though I took a mini trip to heaven. The atmosphere is so relaxing and oh my the robes are so luxurious! Every woman needs to experience a service here. more

My visit to the salon 8/1/2011

I partook in the promotion "Buy $100.00 worth of _ and receive a $25.00 certificate" which had to be used by the July 31st. I tried to purchase 3 items that I use on a regular basis and all three were out of stock and back- ordered for an undefined amount of time. I find that odd. I have purchased Aveda products forever and this has never happened before. I had to settle for purchasing shampoo in order to not loose the certificate amount of $50.00. I was not very happy. more

Mani/Pedi 7/30/2011

What a wonderful experience. Early morning mani schedule, only negative to that was I was not offered any coffee, tea or water. Oh well, nails were done quickly and looked great. Pedicure was very relaxing. I was given nice herbal tea to sip while in a super comfy massage chair. All I had to do was relax while my feet were treated to an hour of pampering. Ahhhh. My favorite place to go for massage and nail services. more

Haircut 7/30/2011

I always enjoy my time at Ladies and Gentlemen. This last appointment was fantastic. Jen Velotta was AWESOME and made sure that my next two appointments were booked because her maternity leave is coming up. She took the time to make sure that I would have a spot before she left and when she got back from leave. She also made sure that I had the names of several stylists should her leave change based on when the baby is actually born. I always highly recommend Ladies & Gentlemen to anyone because the service is superb!! more

very disappointed 7/30/2011

Myself and my mother come to this salon several times a year for our pedicures. This last experience is the only time I've ever been extremely unhappy. Upon paying for our services I noticed that my mom had nail polish on her feet (her feet!) so I asked that it be taken care of, which it was. I then noticed her big toe bleeding along the nail line. I was offered a kleenex and some antiseptic ointment. My mom is in her 80's so I had her sit down. As I tried to stop the bleeding for several minutes I expressed my disappontment to the girls at the desk. After about 10 minutes they finally offerd her a complimentary pedicure. I think they got off easy. I am shocked that the girl who did this never showed her face again. Not to check on my mom or to apologize. This has always been my go-to place for mani's & pedi's...I will have to rethink this after yesterday's experience. more

I love going to Ladies and Gentlemen because they truly pamper you from the moment you walk in the door. From the complimentary mini-facial and hand and arm massage to the make-up touch up, everyone goes out of their way to provide the clients with service that far exceeds any other salon I've been to. more

The receptionist was very nice and helpful, and Andrea is a great massage therapist! She was friendly, caring, and very good at her job. Could use a bit more direction after the massage ends, but it was a great experience and massage! more

Questionable charges 7/29/2011

I've had my hair blowdried and flat ironed multiple times by multiple people and this was the first time I was charged a markup fr the base stylists pricing, signature or otherwise. My hair has not changed so I thought it odd that I was charged an additional $10. more

Best spa experience I've had in Cleveland 7/28/2011

I went to Ladies and Gentlemen because my regular salon was booked up. It worked out great for me! I thought the "chakra cards" were a little cheesy but I was willing to go with it for the sake of the experience. I had a massage and facial by Heather and she was fantastic. I can't wait to go back and have already recommended the salon to friends and family. I thought the prices were a little high at first but then found out they don't accept tips. So in the end it was definitely worth it! more
