Greeted nicely by receptionist staff. Appointment ran on time and other staff said hello while walking past us. Exceptional stylist! We have never had a bad haircut in 12 years.

This was my first appointment with the Ladies & Gentleman Salon and I have to say they were awesome! I was with a bridal party for an up-do and they did a fabulous job. Great customer service, friendly staff, and most of all awesome talent! more

Sensory Experience with Lovely People 6/12/2011

Dina is the best! She is funny, energetic, friendly and accepting. I love the experience from mini-facial, to hand/arm massage to scalp massage to make up to haircut, etc. You have the "right" formula. People can't believe it when I tell them what extras come wtih a salon experience. I love the fact that the tip is "built in" because it is a win-win. Hopefully the staff is paid well and we don't have to feel obligated and anxious about how much to tip. It just takes the tension out of the experience. Smart thinking! more

Jessica was great in getting me prepped for Jodi to cut my hair. As ALWAYS Jodi does a great job on my hair. This time it even looked better. She knows what I like and want without even saying it. As long as she is with Ladies and Gentlemen, I'm staying with Ladies and Gentlemen!!! Finally, a great stylist! more

Jillian was wonderful and I love my haircut! I did have to wait over 15 minutes on my first visit and almost 30 on this recent visit but I do understand that things run over. more

My dear lady experience 6/9/2011

I am a regular at lady and gentlemens spa and each time is like a new experience. As I steem my entire body and stretch these hard working muscles, I am carried away in my mind to calm and clarity. Samantha is the tech that I choose on a regular because she finds all the stress nodes and push them out everytime. Thumbs up for lady and gents, I'm there every month. more

Best Service ever! 6/7/2011

I recently saw Jen Moody for a cut and color. Not only did she exceed my expectations but her assistant also was phenomenal. My stylist gave me tips throughout the appt. and showed me to how style my new haircut without me even asking. You could not ask for better service and quality! This IS the best salon and I would recommend it to everyone who's looking to get above and beyond service for a cheap price! more

Eye Waxing 6/4/2011

We love ladies and gentlemen we drive over an hour just to come up there to have our eyebrows waxed because no one waxes like ladies and gentlemen. But here is my tiff with Ladies and Gentlemen. Every time we have come up there you people our consistantly 15 minutes late for our appointment. That is not cool. more

The service I received was very high-quality; my stylist and all of the L&G staff were very welcoming and accomodating. I loved my hair style and would have given 5 stars, but some of my bridesmaids were not as happy with their styles as I was. more

Everyone is so nice and pleasant there. I had a fabulous massage with massage therapist Jenny Wilfong. She is sweet, nice, has the perfect touch, very knowledgeable, and caring. I will definitely schedule with Jenny again. She is excellent as is everyone I have ever had a service with at L&G. Wonderful salon! more
