Greeted nicely by receptionist staff. Appointment ran on time and other staff said hello while walking past us. Exceptional stylist! We have never had a bad haircut in 12 years.

Women's haircut 4/6/2011

What's nice about Ladies and Gentlemen's is the extra services that you get. When getting your hair washed you are treated to a mini facial, an arm/hand massage and quite frequently a scalp massage. They also touch your makeup up at the end of your appointment. Some stylist and/or assistants are more thorough than others. more

Outstanding Service 4/6/2011

I was there this past weekend for a massage and from the time I walked in to the time I left the service was incredible. I have been at other well known Spa's such as Mario's and nothing compares to the courtesy and service given to me at Ladies & Gentlemen's in Legacy. Would recommend to anyone. more

Rachel was great. Not only did she take the time to listen to the style I wanted for my haircut, but she also added her own commentary about what she thought would look good. The head, hand, arm massage and facial was great! She spent some time on doing that which is nice, makes you even more relaxed. I love getting my haircut at Ladies & Gentlemen!! more

3/31/11 Spa Visit 4/4/2011

I had a massage & a manicure that day. The massage itself was wonderful. Great technician. Friendly, skilled, etc. My only complaint would be that I could hear a lot of noise from the salon the entire time. Sounded like the noise you used to hear in the lunchroom at school. There should be better soundproofing. My manicure was excellent also. more

Jodi is GREAT!!! 4/4/2011

Just moved from Seattle to Cleveland area a little bit ago. This was my 2nd time with Jodi as well as my husband (who is super particular!!) and we both had a great hair cut with jodi. She definitely knows hair and does a great job every time. Unfortunately I didn't give a higher ratig because I got charged more for my husband's haircut than I thought but no biggie. It was all worth it. more

Wow! Relaxation & Relief At One Time 4/4/2011

The 3 of us thought we would have an afternoon of rest and relaxation, we all have high tension and fast pace lives! A little message, a little dinner, a little wine. We started off at Ladies & Gentlemen - three diffent people - 2 females, varing ages, 1 male - three different massage and three differnt experiences! Eash one of us said the same things - the perfect combination of scents and the massage that suited each one of us - taylored specifically to our individual needs! It was amazing - each of us have an amazing experience and look forward to going back soon! Gumby couldn't have been happier! more

Excellent Cut! 4/3/2011

I have curly hair and have the hardest time trying to find a stylist that can not only cut it well, but also style it. John did both, excellently! He even gave me some tips on styling... without being condescending or inaccurate. I strongly recommend him, especially if you have hard to handle hair! more

Routine haircut but never routine 4/3/2011

My husband and I have been coming to L&G for almost 15 years. We started with Kim Lane in Mentor and then followed her to Legacy. She is always professional, friendly and a breath of fresh air for us. She has become part of our family over the years with our childrens weddings and now grandchildren. Thanks Kim! more

Another fab experience at L&G 4/3/2011

I have been going to L&G for a year now and love the experience every time. Staff are always pleasant, friendly and very professional. My stylist, Nick, was great. I love the complimentary hand massage and mini-facial every time, makes me feel like i have had a half day at a spa! more

I had a full body massage and it was great. The employees are extremely professional and the level of service is fantastic. I felt very relaxed and rejuvenated when I left. I'll be returning for sure. more
