made the mistake of leasing a car here two years ago. basically every interaction with these clowns-- from the service advisers to the salesmen to the dealership manager to the monkey at the service desk -- leaves you feeling sullied and pissed off. never a straight answer, never the same answer twice. and i mean on every topic: basic info about your car, financing, lease-end options, etc. it's clear from their sleazy greaseball demeanor that they're only interested in one kind of client: rubes who don't know any better. i've been lied straight to my face here too many times to mention. god help the poor fool who is actually on the hook to these people. go to burdick or romano -- anywhere, but stfa from this hole, for your own sake more

I appreciate the service at Koerner Ford. We love our Taurus X and Koerner's maintenance department helps us to keep our vehicle in the best condition. more

I have an older ford tow truck and they are alwyas able to get the parts I need and have them installed quickley so I can get my truck back on the road. more

This is the berst service department that i have every delt with. I have purchased 3 cars from koerner ford and wouldnt go any place other than a certified repair facility to work on my ford vechicles. more

I have known the Koerner employees for over 30 years. The dealership has been in existence for over 50 years. Kind of unheard of in the auto business; most of the employees have been there over 10 years. The nice thing about visiting this dealer for sales or service is that you can count on a familiar face. After spending more time than I wanted to there, and generally being forced into a decision I didn't even realize that I had made, things went from bad to worse. The sales/service manager came out (not before hearing ""yeah, send out Bruno"") to question my decision on why I was no longer interested in the vehicle that I was supposed to ""settle"" with for the next 5 yrs. After briefly explaining myself, in a very tactful, and professional manner the sales/service manager decided he would treaten me with telling me how I owed money for repairs on a vehicle I didnt even own (the vehicle needed work to even pass inspection, and a purchase agreement was never signed, nor any other binding obligation). Not shortly after, he began threatening me with lawyers, making innapropriate comments and stated ""you don't think I can afford a better lawyer than you?!, see you in court!"" I told him I wasn't clear on why he was giving me attitude, & told him I didn't appreciate it, but only to be greeted with more. All in all it was a very unpleasent experience, and going forward I will NEVER for any reason return there, and I STRONGLY suggest that you consider Burdick Ford in central square or elsewhere... In fact anywhere else is better than that joke of a car lot. Pros: Nothing that I could see Cons: Pushy sales reps, & unpressional ""management"". more

I went into Koerner Ford to have work done on the rear axle of my vehicle after being made aware of an abnormal amount of rear axle play by an independent auto-mechanic. Koerner Ford billed me for the replacement of the ring and pinion gears. Months later I returned to the original independent auto-mechanic for the first time since having the repairs done at Koerner Ford and he notified me that there was no change in the rear axle play. I returned to Koerner Ford and requested a refund a couple times which they denied. I had two independent auto-mechanics check the rear axle and both have indicated that none of the work Koerner Ford billed me for was ever performed. They continue to deny any wrong doing and refuse to give me a refund. I have been forced to take legal action against them in this matter. Cons: Bill you for work never performed more
