I went into Koerner Ford to have work done on the rear axle of my vehicle after being made aware of an abnormal amount of rear axle play by an independent auto-mechanic. Koerner Ford billed me for the replacement of the ring and pinion gears. Months later I returned to the original independent auto-mechanic for the first time since having the repairs done at Koerner Ford and he notified me that there was no change in the rear axle play. I returned to Koerner Ford and requested a refund a couple times which they denied. I had two independent auto-mechanics check the rear axle and both have indicated that none of the work Koerner Ford billed me for was ever performed. They continue to deny any wrong doing and refuse to give me a refund. I have been forced to take legal action against them in this matter.
