We had a local move to storage and an out of state move within two days apart and we utilize Key Moving to give us that service. Both crews and the office staff were awesome! These guys were nothing but professional. They must get an incentive to finish on time and without damages. Both destinations and no damage claims! A move like ours was not easy and very stressful and frustrating, but we choose the right moving company! Much thanks to Austin and his crew for an awesome multi move. If I ever move again, my ONLY choice will be Key Moving. more

Moving from New York to the ""West"" was made easy with Key moving & Storage, Inc. The staff is pleasant and professional. I received a personalized experience; the owner is very accommodating and the outcome was positive. The cost was more affordable than any of the ""Big"" Moving companies and there were no hidden fees. The contract was explained in detail and the delivery date and time was flexible to meet my needs. I would recommend this company before you consider signing with any other company. Trusting a company with your furniture and household items can be stressful but this moving company protected everything and all went smooth! Key Moving holds the key to moving without worries. more

I've moved overseas and across the country, twice. When the time came for me to move from the North East to the South East (USA) I had an awful time with a variety of moving companies until I contacted Key Moving & Storage. They were recommended by friends and I am sure glad they did! I worked with real people who cared from start to finish. My contact at Key was with me every step of the way, and when he wasn't available, I received the same wonderful care from other staff members. I found it important to listen, ask questions, understand their process and trust that they are pros in the industry and know what they are talking about - thus I was clear about ""best case"" and ""worst case"" scenarios. I was personally organized about what was being moved, remained flexible in terms of the arrival of my things and ended up being pleasantly surprised at the delivery date and time outcome. Key Moving is absolutely the best hands down. Scott Coleman the relocation consultant at Key Moving was accessible and planned my whole move with expertise. It was completely stress free as this company knows its business. On the day of the move Pedro and his 2 helpers were on time, wrapped my furniture expertly, took off the doors to my fridge in a quick & timely manner. The move came in exactly to the penny of the estimate that was quoted me. Pedro and his team placed the furniture exactly where my wife wanted them and pit the doors back on the fridge. There were no hidden fees or other nonsense that seems to be prevalant in the moving businees these days. Everyone was professional and friendly and it was the best move that i ever had. If you don't use this company you will be making a hige mistake! more

I have used Key Moving twice in the last six months to ship furniture and other household goods from Westchester County to Florida. Some of the items were very fragile and needed special care. I am very pleased with the service provided by key Moving. \r \r Scott in the office was very accessible and easy to work with. He ensured that delivery was made within the period of time within which I was able to be in Florida. I had some time to plan out my move from Philly to Austin, so I spent that time trying to find a good deal with a company I felt I could trust. I wasn't finding the price I wanted and I felt the other companies I was talking to were allowing themselves a LOT of price padding the way they were sizing the load- really high weights, high volumes, etc. Always saying ""oh well the day of it could be cheaper"". I had my suspicions that anything would end up cheaper on those kinds of sliding scales. more

I am very happy to share with you about my experience with Key Moving. It was the best experience ever. Firstly, I had several quotes from several companies,but none of those could bit the quote from Sam and Denny (Key moving). Secondly, they were very polite and professional and they helped me in hard situation with moving my goods from NY to CA and than back to NY, because I withdrew from university in CA while my goods were on the way to CA. The packing crew were amazingly efficient and very-very professional. they helped us to move our furniture so they could organize and get some place for the boxes with my goods. Everything was packed nicely in blankets and wrapped and taped. I received all my fragile goods in great shape. Sam and Denny were very nice and kind, they called me several times to schedule and reschedule deliveries and made sure that I know exactly what is my balance, so there would be no surprise at the delivery time. they don't have any hidden fees!!!! You will pay the same amount as your quote (estimate) is. You will be not charged additionally for blakets, packing crew or each toll and each gallon of fuel!!!! There are companies which would do that to you!!!! more

The packing crew were efficient and very professional. Most impressive though was the delivery crew. Starting three days before my possessions were delivered, they began calling me with updates on where they were and when they thought they would arrive at my new address. It was so reassuring since my move was across country. more

We had a great experience with key moving. We had a move that came up last minute. We called on Thursday and they were able to fit us in the very next day. The movers showed up between the hours discussed, they were fast, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Our move was small, basically a one bedroom apartment move from Morris Plains NJ to West Caldwell NJ. The move took only 2 hours in total and nothing was damaged. They did not try to haggle us for more money. The men were very nice and friendly, Mario was the main guy who I highly recomend. Key Moving was fantastic and we will be using them for any future moves. more

I've used Key Moving in the last week twice; once for a move from Upper West Side to Harlem, once for a move for Princeton to the same Harlem address. Both times I was very happy; the movers showed up on time (and for those thinking of their wallet) finished in time. They also carried a huge couch up six stairs, somehow finding a way of getting it around corners and through doorways I thought would be impossible to get past. In short, I highly recommend these people. more

This is an excellent moving company and moving service. We organized moving 20 boxes of clothing, books and toys and some furniture from NYC to a major German city. The communications coming from the company were detailed, responsive, quick and helpful. The movers did a great job, did not do any damage, were on time and fast. The final price was exactly as proposed before. The travel time of the stuff on the boat over the atlantic was well within the projected time frame. The counterparts/partners of this service in Europe were also of outstanding quality and very responsive and well organized. All the stuff arrived in fine and undamaged conditions. The delivery crew was great and helpful and fast. This is an excellent choice, this is a 100% reliable service, and the price was reasonable and competitive. Just moved from Brooklyn, NY to Miami, FL with Key Moving and cannot say enough great things! All I heard about was the ""moving nightmares"" from other people. There was enough ""moving"" stress for myself & fiance, I did not want any added stress from the moving company that I chose. Well, that's exactly what happened! The dollar quote was honest, exact and no ""games"". The crew in NY was polite, on time and extremely efficient. In Miami I experienced the same qualities with the Florida crew. I was updated on the status of the arrival time and the truck arrived at my new location right on time. Everything was moved into the apartment and put into the proper rooms in a timely manner. All the cartons & items were numbered and checked off. Well needless to say, everything arrived in perfect condition, nothing broken!
