I've moved overseas and across the country, twice. When the time came for me to move from the North East to the South East (USA) I had an awful time with a variety of moving companies until I contacted Key Moving & Storage. They were recommended by friends and I am sure glad they did! I worked with real people who cared from start to finish. My contact at Key was with me every step of the way, and when he wasn't available, I received the same wonderful care from other staff members. I found it important to listen, ask questions, understand their process and trust that they are pros in the industry and know what they are talking about - thus I was clear about ""best case"" and ""worst case"" scenarios. I was personally organized about what was being moved, remained flexible in terms of the arrival of my things and ended up being pleasantly surprised at the delivery date and time outcome. And everyone on the team worked hard. Reasonable rates, excellent service and receipt of my things in perfect order. 5 stars.
