This dental office is overpriced and a money trap STAY AWAY! \r

They quoted me one price and then when the work was finished they handed me a bill for twice the amount of my initial quote and demand payment in full when I was on my way out of the door! From start to finish they bombarded me with constant phone calls and e-mails aggressively persuading me to set up appointments even when they were not necessary. This made no sense and it was very annoying. I had to reschedule an appointment once and I was threatened with a fee of $95 if I didn't keep this appointment even if were to call days in advance to reschedule again! I should have known right then that something didn't smell right!\r

In between the work I was having done I developed an infection. I made an emergency call on a Saturday and asked if Leyla Rouhfar would prescribe some medication for pain relief until my next scheduled appointment which was that coming Wed. I was told no that I would have to been seen on Tuesday first before I could be prescribed temporary meds for relief. Unbelievable! I was told to wait 3 days in pain until Tuesday before I could get temporary relief from an infection that happened in-between her work so she could suck more money out of me--OUTRAGEOUS!\r

One phone call to my pharmacy by Leyla Rouhfar would have been simple enough to help me over the weekend until my already scheduled appointment to see her a few days later was scheduled to occur. Instead, I was left to live in pain until they were able to suck more money out of me. So I waited and suffered until Weds and I saved myself the additional cost of the extra office visit that they decided was more important than actually helping me in a weekend emergency. STAY AWAY! \r

The final straw was that I was given an initial quote of just under $2,000 when I hired Leyla Rouhfar to perform the work on me. However, when the work was completed the final bill was over $4,000! LET ME REPEAT--the cost of the work went from under $2,000 before the work--and over $4,000 when the work was completed and there was NO additional work performed outside of what was initially discussed and actually performed. These people are SHARKS and very very good at ripping people off before you can blink an eye!\r

They suck you in with talk of their state of the art equipment, lattes, and expensive office decor! DON""T BUY IT!\r

Today I have problems with the work that was done. One tooth is longer than the other causing snagging and discomfort and I have pain when cold items are consumed on the teeth that they worked on. I hope that they have enough decency and ethical integrity to honor their work under their warranty! \r

I will never hire this office again to do any work for me and I strongly advise against choosing this place for your dental needs. DON""T DO IT!\r
