I own a 2013 Honda fit and the grill has a deficient design on protecting the Condenser. There are so many websites created explaining the poor design. I just paid $653 for the repair that Honda should pick up since it was their fault in the first place because of the poor design. My Honda is under warranty. All I ask is that Honda lives up to their warranty and give me a full refund because I cannot control the bad design they delivered, knew about, and should have been proactive in fixing before my car was sold to me. more

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! \r WORST CAR DEALERSHIP ON THE PLANET!!!\r I don't even want to give them 1 star!\r It's the old bait and switch. \r We had been looking for a Honda and found one on there website and called and they said they would beat the other place that had the same car we were looking at. Sean was the guy I spoke to on the phone. I told him we were coming from San Diego and would be there around 6 pm. He said no problem. Traffic was horrible and we didn't get there until almost 7 pm, but before we arrived I called them as we were getting off at Buena Park Blvd. and spoke with Sean again asking him if they still had the car and he said yes. (Now let me tell you the distance from the exit to the dealership is only about 2 miles.) Upon arrival we go inside and a manager comes over to us and tells us he has good news and bad news. (We already knew the bad news before he told us.) \r The bad news was the car was sold and supposedly Chris did not have this info. (BUNCH OF LIES!). The good news was (in his opinion) they had other cars we could look at (DUH) and they would honor the price and accessories told to us. (ANOTHER BUNCH OF LIES!)\r \r The first DIRTY LYING SALESMAN was a complete ***HOLE. He was RUDE and DISGUSTING!. I went to the manager and told him his salesman was rude and I don't want to work with him. \r The new salesman was nice and naive. He was new and hadn't learned all the BULL**** yet. \r \r After hours of looking at cars. They did not have another Honda that we liked. When they brought over an Acura we were interested. And then the haggling and lies began again. They did not honor there word to meet the price and accessories we wanted. Understand we knew this was a better car and were willing to come up in price but not get ripped off. As we were about to leave the manger said if we took the Acura we he would give us 3 years free oil change, movie tickets, detail both of our cars and fill our gas tanks. \r At this point it is now after 10 pm and we are tired and exhausted with dealing with them. We quickly researched the Acura to see what a fair price was.\r We told them the price we wanted and after some more haggling we finally agreed upon the price. \r \r Now the finance nightmare/experience. We asked for the 1.9% interest rate and was told by the manager that only people with good credit get that and we said we have good credit and the stupid manger proceeded to tell us ""that a lot of people say that but when we run there credit they don't have good credit."" Well, long story short we have good credit and got the 1.9. \r \r In the end we got a nice car but not without a nightmare experience! Did not get the tech package we were promised either.\r \r If I could do this over I would never have bought a car from these people.\r \r I am also notifying the BBB about this awful company! more

I contacted the dealership by email with the make and model I was interested in AND I specified what price and terms I was willing to purchase the car for. \r \r They assured me they would sell me the car at that price BOTH in writing AND over the phone (when I called to confirm EVERYTHING with the manager). \r \r I drove 50 miles (one-way) to get there and when I arrived they started playing games--adding close to $2,000 to the price they had promised me IN WRITING. \r \r I politely got up and tried leaving but they tried to play more back and forth games. \r \r I ended up buying the same car from another Honda dealership the next night. more

We came to buy a 2011 Honda Odyssey. After being there several hours, going back and forth on the price several times, they came down about thousand and we came up about a thousand, meeting in the middle at $27,700. We had our 4 kids there and one was having a major meltdown. He has special needs and needed to eat. We asked for a recommendation for a restaurant and left. When we came back, the salesperson was gone but said someone else called and offered more money the next day ($300 more than we agreed on). He referred us to the manager. We went in and spoke to the manager, David Min and he denied ever agreeing to the price. He said it must've been a mistake on the salesperson to offer that, despite having it written down and in text message (we discussed options via text with the salesperson while we were eating). He said the salesperson ""doesn't have any clout in this office because he's from new car sales"" and ""I'm the manager, so what I say goes"" and ""I don't have time to follow around the salespeople to make sure they are saying the right numbers"". Finally, he said if we wanted the car we'd have to pay $27,800 and laughed, ""it's only $100 more"". We walked out, refusing to pay a dime more. We will pay more money somewhere else with people that are honest and treat their customers with the same respect we give. We had great customer service with Reco and he was really apologetic, but clearly, David Min is greedy, a liar and an extortionist who doesn't care at all about the customers. more

BAD BUISNESS IS NO BUISNESS.Well I have comming here for years. Some people might speak bad about Jim.But he has always treated my grand father with loyality.Jim would not subject him self and the sealership to go on T.V.small claims court.Or subject hisself and the dealership to reported to the Buero of Auto Motive Repair ,or Consumer Affairs or to 20/20 or Sixty Minutes. Why because Jim and this dealership is:Honest and loyal 100 percent of the time.Thats why they stand out amongst the rest. I have been a customer with my grand father for the last five years. My gripe is :I was driving all the way from :Beach and Warner all the way to Trask in Westminster .I was going to look at some new cars at my very favorite Honda dealership. But guess what? I had to continue going north on Beach. Why?Because I had a tail gater in a small black car.Calif plate:6UPC206.This guy was right on my bumber.Probably stocking me or a sex maniac. I was so up set.I hope he gets a ticket for tail gating,on Beach. He suppose to keep a space cusion. This is my favorite car dealership. Also will always buy all my cars here. more

Another victim... 9/7/2012

NEW CAR BUYERS BEWARE: READ OTHER REVIEWS\r \r There's a reason why HONDA WORLD WESTMINSTER has so many 1 star reviews. My girlfriend fell victim to their hustle. I was lured by their low price. My general message, listen to the warnings and bad reviews of this place! \r \r My rant/detailed review:\r \r We were shopping Labor Day weekend at 4 dealerships (I'm one of those research hounds always searching for top value). I handle the negotiating because my gf doesn't do well with small print and contracts. We agreed on an all inclusive price with the sales rep Leo out the door inc. taxes in person. Later that day, I confirmed again with Leo on the phone prior to going in and purchasing the vehicle. Everything was good, we had a clear understanding of what "Out the door" meant. \r \r My GF goes back w/ her sister to buy, I wasn't able to go back with them thinking the price was going to be honored. Stupid me for assuming. Wow how quickly things can change...\r \r They 'said' they told her it was the wrong price and presented her with a new price. Her story is that they were still using 'out the door' pricing when presenting her with the new numbers and they kept her there for almost 3 hours! I'm sure they smelled fresh bait after talking to my gf with the numbers. How could their price be 'wrong' by $1500 when the other 3 dealerships were offering the same ballpark number the same day??? At the end, they ended up throwing on the 'out the door' (inc. taxes) as the purchase price, and added on taxes again. Taking about $1500 of our hard earned money. My gf, again, not good with contracts and numbers, signs away thinking the price was set. Their word is complete BS and they will take advantage if you don't know what you are doing. \r \r I called and spoke with the manager a few days later after learning about this. Manager was completely unhelpful and borderline rude. Explaining to me that all the numbers were on the contract. His general message ""She signed the contract, too bad"". It was a complete dead end. This dealership does not care and just wants to make the single car sale and move onto the next. I feel she was grossly taken advantage of and I strongly do not agree with this business practice. \r \r I take fault in this because I did not see this the whole way through, I just hope to bring this to light and help some of you avoid the headache and frustration this dealership put us through. Avoid this one and go to the other local Honda dealerships like in Cerritos or Costa Mesa, even out to Torrance. They are just a quick drive down the fwy. It is worth it to avoid these people!\r \r Our sales rep was Leo Hernandez\r Sales manager that was there was Vinh Nguyen\r \r On another note, when I called back, Vinh was not there and Leo was on vacation. I got a manager named Andrew?, who was handling the transaction, saying he 'remembered' that one. Not sure what the name change is about. I told them that I was going to take my experience online to make sure people don't fall into the same hole, the manager Andrew/Vinh's response ""Go do what you have to do"", so here it is and many more to come elsewhere. \r \r Again: Be careful if you have to deal with HONDA WORLD WESTMINSTER!\r more

Liars! 3/26/2012

Do not go to this place. Jimmy and everyone else there are liars. sadly we fell for their little scam. After Jimmy ran both my husbands and my credit he came back with only my husbands report and said that he didnt bring my report because it was close to his. At the time of signing, they gave me my report and my score was 17 points higher, in the 700s! The deal was already made and the agreement was signed!! They ripped us off. Im so regretful that we went there. I wish we would of read the reviews before. Our only hope now is to re fi to try to get a lower payment. They also charged us for extra stuff. They explained nothing to us. Jimmy kept telling us how he and his wife are trying to adopt a baby because his wife cant have kids. Im sure now he was only making it up so we could feel sorry for him. These people will go at any length to make a buck! more

Maliciously Breaching Sales Contract ! 3/4/2012

Maliciously Breaching Sales Contract ! Small Claim Will be filed. Reach a verbal contract with Vinh Nguyen on the night of 02/18/2012 for an used odyssey sale. It was agreed we will bring payment next morning to pick up the vehicle so they have time to buff the scratch. Around 10:30 am next day, sales guy Frank Vasquez called me mentioned somebody else is testing driving the same vehicle. I immediately told him that vehicle was sold to us and ask him to talk top manager to stop reselling the vehicle. At the same time, I called Vinh Nguen about my concern, he reassured me everything is fine he will take care of me and ask me to pick up the vehicle. By the time I almost got there around 11 AM, he called and told me the vehicle was sold to somebody else. I pulled over to the parking lot and he send me over to this Eric Ferentz. I was told this guy made the decision to resell the vehicle. I asked him we already had an verbal agreement on the sale and why he breached the contract. He said because somebody else is offering higher price. I can't believe these words came out from sales manager. These people have no credibility and a bunch of liars and crooks. Somebody needs to stop them before more consumers are screwed by them. Besides filing small claim, any better ideas to stop these guys from wrong doings are wellcome. more

DISHONEST AND LIARS 5/16/2011

This place is full of flat out liars. They agreed on a price on the car that I wanted. I thought I was getting a good deal, but it turns out that the car they were going to sell me was a used car. They did not mention this at all, until I noticed that the terms of the lease was over $100 more per month compared to other quotes. I confronted the salesperson and was treated very rudely. They told me they did not want my business and that I should just pay MSRP and leave. It turns out used cars have higher lease rates than new cars. Don't bother going to Honda World Westminster unless you want to get ripped off. Do not trust Kifah Kharouf. more

Danielle Martin HondaWorld Complete Moron 6/25/2010

Danielle Martin was hired there as a receptionists and within a year or 2 she is the GM, she knows nothing about cars or the business. Jim Kitzmiller has his head up his butt and she will run the place further into the ground. They only promoted her because she is female and are trying to groom her to get another dealership because of being a woman it will have way more of a chance. She is a bitch on top of it all and will not take constuctive criticism at all. I worked there as the used car manager and within 30 days took them from an 88 car store to a 120 car store and added more than 100k in gross plus stopped all their wholesale losses among many other changes. I was fired for no reason and as soon as I left their numbers went right back down the toilet so I was vindicated to say the least. I bumped horns with her many times on how to appraise cars because she has no idea what she is doing. NONE. She was abrasive will customers as well as staff and has no idea how to run a store. This was early 08' I cannot believe she is still there OMG, Mr. Piercy needs to get rid of Kitzmiller cause he is costing him millions, literally. My whole staff can back everything I'm saying as well, grown men were crying when I was fired because they new their paycheck would get smaller. Another bonehead move by Kitzmiller, he had a 23 year old finance director, 23, who was originally hired as a receptionists too. within a year or 2 she is running the finance dept. OMG again, I couldn't believe my eyes, and she could not get a deal bought to save her life!!!!! That store with the right people in place could kick so much ass, but with Kitzmiller at the helm, it will never happen, too bad Mr Piercey. ultimately all your fault buddy because Ktz is a bubblehead who is either having sex with these morons to give them promotions they dont deserve, who knows, but a Honda dealership is too valuable to have a bunch of 20 something no experience girls running it buddy boy, wise up!!!! Cons: holds a position not qualified for in the least more

Danielle Martin 8/20/2009

This place has gone down hill since Tony Sorrentino left .As the GSM.... Danielle Martin doesnt have any idea how to deal with people .I will never go back to this dealership again .Oh if anyone can tell me what dealship MR Sorrentino went to work that would be great ... Jim kitzmiller needs a better staff .with Mr Sorrentino ethics Cons: ued to be the best place more

Disappointing Purchase 1/21/2009

I bought a certified used car from this dealer on November 5th and 2 days later the antifreeze was leaking all over. I brought it in a month later when I had the time since the leak was slow and have been told that there is a fracture in the radiator and it needs a new thermometer because the old one is broken. The total?.nearly $800. I thought that they checked and fixed used cars before selling them. I guess these guys have found a nice way around the tough economic times and no longer sell reliable used cars. I just think it is bad business, especially since the mechanic we brought it to after they gave us that total said that the fracture is not new?that he believes it has been there for a while and has just been getting bigger. He said that they should have known this problem existed. Cons: dishonest more
