Mike from Hardin was very professional as well as well dressed and clean. He was very well mannered. Compared to other ac companies Mike was exemplary and very sharp!

Worst

I really liked working with Hardin. The technician who did the tune up on my air conditioner went over everything to expect during the appointment. Everything went well!

It’s hard to find a knowledgeable and thorough Service company, but Hardin is definitely that. Their tech was great. I asked so many questions but he answered all of them properly and promptly. more

When I last called Hardin it was like having family over! The technician, Jason, remembered me from the time before and was kind and helpful. I’ve always had positive experiences with us and the staff is especially helpful when I have questions. I also really like that they call to remind me about appointments and follow up afterward to make sure everything works properly. more

Nice Experience 2/15/2011

I had a nice experience with Hardin Service Group. They were very knowledgeable and competent. When they worked on my unit, the tech knew what had been replaced and worked on in the past. They didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need, just to make a buck either. more
