They will tell you exactly what is wrong or issues that they discover, will tell you exactly how much it is going to cost. They do not try to sell you services you do not need and the do not pressure you into buying anything. I would not take my vehicle to anyone else. more

The guys at H&I eliminated one bad car from my list of possible buys. The second car I brought in was in decent shape and I just needed to have the A/C fixed and get the RPM idle down. They were quick and honest. more

They are extremely honest. They will not sell you repairs or parts that you don’t need. They listen to the concerns of the customer. 9/28/2014

H & I Automotive is an unbelievable shop. They listen to the concerns of the customer. Everyone there is extremely courteous. This is the first shop that does not give me a line of B.S. just to try to sell me repairs or parts that I don’t need. more

These guys are awesome. They always give me good advice and they didn't even treat me like an idiot when I brought the car in because the AC wasn't working, only to find out I had probably accidentally hit the button and shut it off (which they never actually said to my face). And they didn't charge me for diagnosing my stupidity. I absolutely recommend all their services. The ARE Honesty & Integrity! more

H & I is great. They have been the best mechanic shop I have found in years. The best part is the honesty. I am happy to also say the Veteran discount is fantastic with lucky 13% off services performed. These guys have my business for life or if I move to far away. more

We genuinely care about our customers and believe in taking care of them from the beginning of the process to the end. Our ASE Certified Technicians will always keep you informed of any repairs before we make them. We also perform preventative maintenance, tire rotations, and oil changes, as well as major repairs like brakes, check engine lights, and engine repairs.
