Quick repair & courtesy shuttle - and less cost than we thought! 1/10/2015

Chris took my car in at 8:30am and by 11:30am, it was all done and I received a happy call that my heater was fixed and for less cost than we thought it would be. Courtesy shuttle to and from the shop was greatly appreciated! Thank you, Chris! more

Accommodating 12/14/2014

My husband was in the hospital, I stopped at my Dr's. office for bloodwork and when I came out, my car battery was dead. That was bad enough but my stepdaughter just landed at the airport and I was suppose to pick her up. My neighbor got me to the airport, Spencer met me at my car-jumped it and took it to the shop. Put the new battery in it and delivered it to my home so I could get back to the hospital. Above and beyond, again!!! more

2007 Grand Caravan 12/11/2014

I was so happy with the Kia service the day before I had to bring my van in for routine oil change as well. I was reminded my lights were getting bad so will need polishing up next visit. I was also advised rear brake service would be needed in 7-10000 miles depending on driving habits. Thanks again Spencer and crew. more

Second visit 12/9/2014

This is the 2nd time I have been to H&I, I called on Monday morning my car wouldn't start, they were able to take it right away. Discovered the problem wasn't a major expense but a bad battery. They also found a maintenance item that I had overlooked. Overall a great experience, would highly recommend. more

Oil leak 11/13/2014

H&I are great guys. Had a small oil leak that we were told would was not urgent. Planned to put off the repair on that for two months. 30 days later my engine overheated. Turns out the non urgent oil leak was urgent. The oil had dripped onto a hose or something, which ruptured and added $200 to my bill that i would not have had to pay if I'd have fixed it in the first place. They are upstanding guys and super nice. I just wish I would have fixed it earlier to save myself some cash. more

Only auto shop we trust 10/17/2014

Disappointed they forgot to call us when the oil change was done. Called us during our dinner at almost 5:00 pm so couldn't pick up the car until next day more
