When we contacted ADT after a break in, we were contacted by Gaylord Security. They came out and installed the system very quickly and answered all questions and made suggestions for security that we had otherwise overlooked. The company has been very professional, and the system has worked flawlessly. more

Fast, Clean and Friendly Service/Install 2/15/2011

After signing up with ADT Gaylord did the actual installation. The technician was very friendly and asked all the right question regarding where I wanted the equipment installed. He was fast, thorough and did not leave a mess. The system works just great. more

They responded by phone the next day and completed the installation on time and they were very courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. This is the first security system we?ve had and the installation tech provided very good recommendations on different ways to set up the system that would work best for us. Highly recommended if you need a security system. more

Always Available to Help 1/11/2011

I'm am really enamored with this company as I was with a different home monitoring system for nearly 5 years and never received this level of service. I've only had two occasions to call re an issue and each time the staff answered my questions and took care of the issue immediately. I ordered ADT 2 months ago...and saw them at the Seattle Home Show....I spoke with a representative within a couple days and had a scheduled an appointment to have the service installed. They showed up on time...professional, courteous and timely. I was so impressed with their service. I had an accidental alarm issue and they called in seconds to check on me and make sure everything was ok...I recommend them completely! more

I order ADT two months ago they were call me back asap the people i spoke to nice they have away making you feel inportatant not like your one of the million of custumer they have.The gentleman who came out to install the security system was very friendly and professional he went blow my blow thru the system with me he was all round sweet heart. Since i have had the system I have felt secure and they were even sweet when my 3yr old got hold of my keys and pressed the panic button. more

Two months ago I ordered ADT Security for my home. Gaylord Security was contracted to put the system in for me. I promptly received phone calls and emails to schedule the installation. The installer arrived on time, had identification for me at the door, removed his shoes (thank you very much) and got right to work. He answered all my questions, was professional and helpful. When he left, he gave me his card and told me I could call him anytime if I had questions or concerns. I was impressed! more

Very Prompt Installation Service and Professional Staff 12/4/2010

I called in the afternoon on a Tuesday and had an appointment the next morning for install. Technician arrived and was actually on-time, which we all know is something that rarely ever happens with installs. He was incredibly knowledgeable and did not provide a high pressure sales pitch, he was genuinely concerned with making sure that all of my questions were answered and that I completely understood the system before he left. Have had a few programming questions that I called Gaylord's tech staff about and they were able to help me very quickly over the phone. If you are going to get an alarm system through ADT, I highly recommend using Gaylord Security for the installation. more

I called Gaylord on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon I was up and running with a state of the art security system. The Technician was great, he walked me through the entire set up and told me all about the features and benefits of the entire system. By far this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I would reccommend Gaylord Security to everyone. more

Scheduling appointment was done with no hassle, sales rep. offered a good promo, when installation tech from Gaylord came out, he was pretty knowledgeable and offered a couple of solutions on where to best position equipment as well as step by step instructions on how to use the system. Set up was quick, technician performed a quick test drill and was done. No hassles, no worry. more
