I ordered ADT 2 months ago...and saw them at the Seattle Home Show....I spoke with a representative within a couple days and had a scheduled an appointment to have the service installed. They showed up on time...professional, courteous and timely. I was so impressed with their service. I had an accidental alarm issue and they called in seconds to check on me and make sure everything was ok...I recommend them completely!
