Made the mistake of calling these guys for a quote. Gave me a price that was higher than everybody else who re-sells ADT. Pros: None Cons: Rude and nasty salespeople more

I had a hard time trying to find a security company that made me feel really comfortable. Gaylord was personable, and patient when it came to figuring out what was needed in my home for optimal protection. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking in to getting an alarm system in their home. Its easier to get a complain than it is to get a compliment, but theyve earned one. I felt it was the most i could do to thank them for the wonderful service ive gotten with them. Pros: Accomodating/Friendly/Helpful Cons: No one is in the office over the weekend. more

Stole my money and won't refund me for installation when I never even got their product installed!!!!! Thieves!!!! Don't use them unless u want to have to fight to get your money back that they never were authorized to take!!!!!!! more
