I order ADT two months ago they were call me back asap the people i spoke to nice they have away making you feel inportatant not like your one of the million of custumer they have.The gentleman who came out to install the security system was very friendly and professional he went blow my blow thru the system with me he was all round sweet heart. Since i have had the system I have felt secure and they were even sweet when my 3yr old got hold of my keys and pressed the panic button.
