I called in the afternoon on a Tuesday and had an appointment the next morning for install. Technician arrived and was actually on-time, which we all know is something that rarely ever happens with installs. He was incredibly knowledgeable and did not provide a high pressure sales pitch, he was genuinely concerned with making sure that all of my questions were answered and that I completely understood the system before he left. Have had a few programming questions that I called Gaylord's tech staff about and they were able to help me very quickly over the phone. If you are going to get an alarm system through ADT, I highly recommend using Gaylord Security for the installation.
