Dr. Mason treated my kid's jaw one side was wider the way it should be. Led to jaw unevenness. We had a traumatic experience.

We just finished removing braces for our second teen. Dr. Garn and Dr. Mason and the whole staff have been so kind to our boys. The atmosphere at their office is so inviting and so friendly; we've always felt well-informed and supported by both Dr.'s and the whole staff. The staff has always cheered the boys as they progress in the straightening of their teeth and they made them feel special on the final day when the braces came off. Thank you Dr. Garn & Dr. Mason for making this process a positive one and for truly giving our children awesome smiles. Our family appreciates it! The Cortez Family. more

Garn and Mason were wonderful to work 4/23/2012

Garn and Mason were wonderful to work with. They really care about their patients. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Bailie counld not ask for a better smile. Today is the second time we've have had 4/5/2012

Today is the second time we've have had an awesome experience with Garn and Mason Ortho! First it was mine...I am so happy with my teeth and the attention to detail given me. And today my daughter Lauren got her Braces off and she absolutely loves her Teeth. Hurray!! Thanks so much Garn and Mason, your the best!\r \r Stacie more

I play high school football and I was concerned about playing with braces. Dr. Mason assured me that all would be fine and I would not even notice a difference. He was absolutely correct! I usually don't like to go to dentist offices but his is actually a fun place to visit. Thank you Dr. Mason! more

My daughter is almost done with her braces! She always struggled with how they look but in just over a year - they look almost perfect. Dr. Mason has been extremely nice and we are impressed with his work. I would highly recommend them! more

Garn and Mason - Simply the Best! 9/1/2011

Drs. Mason and Garn have seen three of my children now. From the moment you walk in, there is a great atmosphere yet very professional. Drs. Mason and Garn are so easy to talk to and answered every one of our questions thoroughly. They have a great incentive program for the kids to maintain their braces and our kids actually look forward to their appointments. Run...don't walk to see them! more

Amazing Experience 8/28/2011

This is the third set of braces that we placed on our children. Dr. Mason and Dr. Garn are both very funny and very articulate when it comes to treating our children. The atmoshphere of the office is like no other - it truly makes our children feel at ease! The final product on all three of our kids has been impeccable. Garn and Mason Ortho ROCK's 8/19/2011

Both of my children have been treated at Garn and Mason Orthodontics. The staff is awesome and both of the Doctors go the extra mile to make each patient's experience a wonderful one!. There is always some sort of contest going and my children love going to appointments. For me, it's about quality of care, and I promise you its the best. Everytime my children smile, I am reminded I made the right decsion.:) more

Dr. Mason Made My Child's Back Teeth Not Meet Properly 8/5/2011

After my child got braces on shortly, the back teeth could not meet for 9 months so far, Dr. Mason did not fix it. Also he did not inform it to us until my child said that back teeth can not bite properly. The child and parent had no way of knowing if it was proceeding properly, when problem found by us, it has already become a hard case to be fixed. more

Dr. Mason Damaged Teeth 6/5/2011

Dr. Mason damaged patient's teeth and the patient needs surgery. He over treated teeth from straight to angle and exposed teeth root too much in a few months. When he remove braces, he uses a sharp pointed needle to drill off band and broken pieces of the band pops out of mouth more than one feet. After removed brace, he still used a pointed sharp needle on teeth for a abnormal long time. That made a smell like fire smoke. Also the sharp needle made the gum bleeding which led to gum loss. Then Dr. Mason wrote to the patient that need a extra Phase and surgery. He used many ways to make patient suffer. more

Wow!----Best Smile Ever! 5/15/2011

My son just got his braces off last week and I can't believe how great he looks. He used to be very shy and wouldn't smile, and when he did, he never showed his teeth. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! He won't stop smiling and laughing...It's kind of hilarious actually.\r \r I just want to thank Dr. Garn, Dr. Mason and their entire staff for taking such good care of him. This has made all the difference in the world to him. Definitely the best investment we've ever made.\r \r I could go on forever about what a great office they have and about how nice and professional everyone is over there. We were recommended to a couple of places, but I am glad we chose Garn and Mason. They have been nothing but professional and have always made sure that I knew what was going on with my son's treatment. Their office is a whole different experience from what I remember the orthodontists being like when I had braces. If you are reading this and are trying to find a GREAT orthodonitst, definitely call Dr Garn and Dr Mason's office. more

Me and My Kids Love Garn and Mason Ortho! 5/15/2011

I can't say enough about this office and Dr. Garn and Dr. Mason! Everything runs so well and it actually is a fun place to visit. Everyone is so nice and professional to both me and my children. My kids love all the games and contests that are always going on...of course they love collecting their TOKENS!.......THE most important thing is that I trust both of these doctors and they have given both me and two of my girls perfect smiles....(still have 2 more to go!)\r \r At first I met with about 3 other orthodontists but nobody spent near as much time with me explaining things as Dr. Mason did. Also, nobody at Garn and Mason have ever made me feel rushed or pushed into any treatment. Some offices I went to made me feel like I was just a mouth with money attached to it.\r \r I guess, in my opinion, if you want the best orthodontists and the best smile for your family, you should definitely go visit Dr. Mason and Dr. Garn. I wouldn't go anywhere else. more

Garn and Mason Orthodontics is the Greatest 4/21/2011

Dr. Mason and Dr. Garn are the best Orthodontists ever! I have brought all 5 of my children here. My son has High Functioning Autism. I thought it would be an impossible task to get braces on him because he was scared to death. Dr. Mason and Julie were extremely patient and kind with him. His braces were taken off today!! He has such beautiful teeth!! I am so happy with the entire staff here. Everyone is so nice. My children love Dr. Mason, Dr. Garn and the staff. It has been a wonderful experience and the staff was very accommadating to what my Autistic child needed. I can't thank them enough!!! more

I just got my braces off and I am loving it...they look amazing!\r Being 26yo when I started braces, I was really nervous about how it would look and feel. But I am sooo glad that I did it. Doctor Garn and Doctor Mason and their staff are the greatest. \r They were always very nice and told me what was going on. The whole thing was a lot easier than I thought it ws going to be.\r You will love their office because they definately know what they are doing (their office has been around for more than 50 years!!) and they make it fun.\r Don't even think of going anywhere else more

Garn and Mason Orthodontics is the BEST! 4/20/2011

You will not find a better Orthodontist than Dr. Mason and Dr. Garn. They have treated my entire family (4 kids) and I have been completely satisfied with the whole experience. My youngest daughter just got her braces off last week and she looks FABULOUS!!!\r \r Their staff is very professional and their office is beautiful. We always have a lot of fun at our appointments. I would recommend Garn and Mason Orthodontics (and I do!) to anyone. more

In Danger to See Dr. Mason 3/8/2011

Dr. Mason cannot be trusted. He creates more problems to make you increase treatment cost and time. He also did not fix problems immediately. He makes teeth out of position and states that he would correct the teeth after two years. When patient discontinues treatment, he did not refund the money like they guaranteed on their ads, website, and the form the orthodontic and patient had signed before the treatment started. more
