Worst

We both know R&R of the ignition module is a five minute job, yet I was charged for an hour of labor. Also, list price for the MAP sensor is $100, and I know you folks pay nowhere...

Consistently Good Service 6/4/2016

Aside from Friendly's being conveniently close to my house I would still rather drive the extra miles to come to this place instead of others. Not to say that there aren't other quality shops out there its just that this place and the staff have a way of making you feel extremely comfortable while providing outstanding service. more

The owners work with the customer to get the repairs done and discount their services if possible. 6/3/2016

Contrary to Mike's impression, the MVD is not lenient on getting the emissions testing done on time. However, he saved me on the cost of doing the emission testing by taking the car through themselves and also sent it through the car wash for me. more

Trustworthy Service 6/2/2016

I have never had a auto service center that I can say, check out the car and fix it. You don't have to call me!!! With Steve and Mike, I know that the problem will be corrected, and I will not be taken for a ride. Does your auto repair shop provide that? This trip, my wife's car needed and oil change. I also told Mike, I think the brake pedal is a little soft and check the A/C. They found a leak in the rear wheel cylinder. They took care of it. more
