I have known Floor Dimensions for a long time and have used them for 4 or 5 times. They put down carpeting in my apartment and basement; it was fast and fair.

Competent flooring business with competent staff and good quality products 3/25/2014

Floor Dimensions installed flooring for me for a commercial building as well as for a residential project. They've done vinyl and carpet for and I continue to use them because of the familiarity with the staff and they provide acceptable quality of installation. more

Floor Dimensions is a great business, plain and simple. They know what they're doing and go about it in a professional, tight manner. They laid a hardwood floor for us that is absolutely stunning. We never thought it would look this good. The job they did was flawless. The price was extremely reasonable and they were very accommodating with our schedule. Highly recommended. more

Great, accommodating service. 11/27/2013

We needed to get carpet in pretty quickly for a party. Floor Dimensions was pretty helpful. They scheduled us quickly and got it done. The people who came in to do the installation were terrific. They took care of moving the furniture; they just wanted us to clean out books and take things out of drawers. It wasn't that bad. It took all day, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I found them to be very helpful and very acommodating. We didn't have a real expensive budget because we are going to be selling the house we're in, but they worked with us as though we were putting $50/yard carpet, which was nice. more

We got a gorgeous new carpet in a short amount of time. 11/11/2013

We had a garage converted into a poolroom. My son was going to use the other side as an office, as well. We needed carpeting for those new purposes, and Floor Dimensions installed it beautifully. They were wonderful and ready to work with us to do exactly what we wanted done. more

I was able to find the perfect carpet for my bedroom. The salesperson was very helpful and also upbeat and pleasant to work with. I got Floor Dimensions from Angie's List and they met all my expectations. more

The customer service at Floor Dimensions was phenomenal. There wasn't quality control for one part, but they fixed the problem. Janka was fabulous and her team was great. In the end, everything worked. It's family-owned and they are really very helpful. Everybody was very pleasant. more

Quality company, excellent workmanship, great to work with 1/10/2013

Floor Dimensions is outstanding! Everyone in the showroom is so very helpful and they're happy to see you even if it's the 10th time you've come back to get more samples. The installers are the best anyone could ask for. My installation took a week and each and every day they were on time and ready to get going. Their workmanship is flawless. They did an excellent job. 12/27/2012

I had my whole house done. I got flooring, vinyl, and rugs.The only thing was that I had to wait over 6 weeks for the rug to come in, which delayed me from getting my furniture for a bit. Overall they did an excellent job. more

Overall, a top notch job. 12/25/2012

There was a major glitch but it was not the fault of Floor Dimensions. The laminate that I originally ordered would not click in place correctly. So I had to go to the El Sobrante site and pick out another one. So the job obviously took longer. One good thing was that it ended up costing a little less. :) more

Amazing! 12/21/2012

This was the second time I've worked with Floor Dimensions. Each time I have found them to be great to work with. For instance, if I call the technician to come out, they come out on time, they are always very professional and they get the job done. The guy I had out recently, worked really hard. And he was all by himself. He worked all day and got the job done. And it looked so good. Amazing really. We were so impressed. Also, when I asked them for an appointment, I wasn't expecting to be given the date I was given, so I was happily surprised. I would most definitely use them again. Our experience was extremely satisfying from the sales and showroom staff to the installers who did the job. We have a large two story home with some difficult areas to deal with. The crews were skilled and I was impressed with the quality and attention to detail that they performed. more
