Very professional 3/22/2019

Fischer came today to troubleshoot two issues. Top scores all round - I was able to speak to an actual person to book the appointment without needing to leave a voice mail, they also could come out the next day (and not book me for next month), they gave me a 30 minute advance notice before their arrival, showed up right on time, identified the issue quickly (I had a leak under a toilet that was coming through the ceiling in the room below), which was a defective wax ring, and he proceeded to repair it and was done in about an hour. Very happy with the service. Would definitely use them again more

I never even considered another plumber! 12/17/2010

I've happily used these guys for years, but when my 1912 era side sewer finally went out, backing up into my basement (yuk!) I was especially grateful for their professionalism and fast response helping with professional cleanup and replacing the line. Later, when a related issue neither of us knew about arose (another line that didn't appear on official records) they came right out and fixed that at no charge! They explain everything, clean up after themselves, are courteous and friendly, and they know what they're doing. I never even considered another plumber for this huge job because you don't want to mess around with anything as important to daily life as a properly functioning sewer line! more

On Time and as Promised 11/10/2010

I just wanted to take a little time to say thanks! The crew came out and didn't just put the water meter box back in but also filled in the dirt around it. After spending an hour filling in the upper hole, I realized how wonderful it was that they filled it in for me. I really appreciated the great job that was done, the price was reasonable, and the job done on time and as promised. That is really appreciated. Diane more
