We wanted to send you a little note to tell you how much we appreciate you as well as the staff at Fiesta Fountains and our amazing caterer, James (Heavenly Scent). On Saturday, January 15, 2011, we celebrated one of the most memorable days of our lives...the beginning of our life together. Fiesta Fountains was a wonderful venue for us to have chosen for our wedding day. From the very beginning of the planning stages, we worked with competent staff who were able to catch our vision for our special day and help us bring that vision to life. Anyone who has ever planned a wedding, knows how important this is to a bride. Pete - thank you for always being available whenever we needed you (which in the bride's case was quite often). You were extremely professional and had such a pleasant attitude when ever we spoke. The staff at Fiesta Fountains were accommodating and cared about what was important to us every step of the way. As a result, the decorations were beautiful and the set-up turned out to be amazing for our wedding! Our coordinator continues to sing the praises of the staff that she worked with the day of the wedding. We would be amiss if we did not also take a moment to acknowledge James and his commitment to his clients. We truly appreciate him on both a professional and personal level. He is a class act! Weeks after our wedding, we found out that James had suffered the loss of his mother and was notified the morning of our wedding day. It still overwhelms us that in spite of his tragic loss, he delivered on his promise to provide us with great-tasting food that our guests would enjoy. Everything was wonderful and he was so professional that we had no idea about what he was dealing with personally. Although we would have understood if he were not able to cater our wedding under the circumstances, James put his own feelings aside and chose to allow us to focus on our wedding day. We will never forget him for that!! We commend James and hope he knows that our prayers have been with him and his family during this time. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts. more

My daughter just graduated from ASU. We are so proud and decided to throw her a party. I found Fiesta Fountains and what a find! James and Pete are totally awsome. The facility is very nice and clean. They worked with our budget and our needs. We asked for ASU colors and the room was decorated very nicely in the colors we asked for. The food was so good and planty of it! We were so proud of our party and the location! Our guests were so impressed and raved about it! The staff was right there and checked on us often! They even thanked us for being such nice customers! And most of all, Susana had an unforgetable fun time! Thank you so much! I give Fiesta Fountans a million stars! I cant wait to find a reason to have another party! more

My family and I want to thank Fiesta Fountains for the things they did for my son and his wonderful wife. We were very pleased with the event. The food was just great. I have never had this kind of food at a wedding. The chicken was just cooked right and the sauce was to die for. I am not sure what the name of the chef was, but he was so nice and good to work with. The cake was just as good as the food. Service was great all night. I can't say more, but to thank them for the great event. People should look in having their reception here. We had our ceremony in a chuch, but I am sure they could have done a great job there as well.\r Thank you very much.\r more

We just had our son's wedding there and we \r were impressed with the whole thing.\r The food was very good and I do say it was\r good! The chef was very nice and his service\r was great. We had our wedding here and the place was great!\r I just like to say that the food was very good!\r James the cheff is great and the food \r is awsome. James did a great job with his\r staff at Fiesta Fountains. \r Peter the manager was great through the event\r and was there to help us.\r The only thing we did not like was the limo driver.\r The dj was great and the music selection was good.\r We loved everything and thank you\r again for a great event.\r Thanks.\r more

We just had a beautiful event at Fiesta Fountains yesterday. Everything looked beautiful thanks to the layout, tables which were nicely decorated, and the overall atmosphere was very appealing visually. \r \r My main problem is almost a year ago we paid for the hall, food, and a videographer. The manager was fired, and Pete did not honor the contract which stated that we paid for the videographer. He let us know that our package did not include a videographer a week prior to our event, even though we had exchanged e-mails about him getting the videographer to contact us early. Even with that, he stated, ""You do not need to talk to the videographer until two weeks prior to the date."" Then he changed his mind and did not honor the contract that his manager had agreed with us stating that he had undercharged us for other things. \r \r To make matters worse, at our rehearsal practice, the air was off. Pete stated that they do not need to turn on the air for practices. I called on the morning of our event on the way to the church and asked if they could turn the air on. He stated that he would. On August 21, 2010, we started our reception in a room which was 86 degrees. At 2:00 pm, they turned on their air. By 6:00 it was still about 84 degrees. The room looked beautiful, the food provided by James was excellent with more than enough food for seconds, but my guests and I sweated in a hot room for almost six hours. We complained and complained to no avail. We tried to bring in some fans only to find that half of the outlets were not working. \r \r He did not honor the contract made with his previous manager (which we are seriously considering small claims court), the room was 86 degrees and eventually went down late in the evening to 83, and half of the outlets do not work. So if you want to plug things in and do not want to sweat our your evening, you might want to go somewhere else. The room did look beautiful (thanks to many of our own decorations), and the food was PERFECT. However, I think comfort far outweighs extreme heat and wil definitely find a hall which honors contracts, turns on the air, and has working outlets.\r more
