Quick installation 11/17/2011

My husband and I woke up to a weird hissing noise Monday morning and tracked it down to the water heater in the garage. We called the company where we purchased it and since they contract out for the installation, we dealt with the people and Fast Water Heater. They delivered on their promise to have it installed the same day, even though one of their technicians called in sick! The technician did a thorough job of explaining what he was doing and the people in the office were very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a good experience. We had hot water by dinner time that evening. I recommend it! more

No more leaks! 10/21/2011

My water heater just started to leak a little, so I took my time and Googled everything that I could possibly learn about the different types of water heaters. Categorized and weighed teh strengths and weaknesses of each, and made a decision, and called Fast. Then Jeff showed up with the water heater that I had selected, but then he talked me through water heater selections, and knew every strength and weakness that I had spent weeks researching, and pointed out many things that I had not even thought of. He actually talked me into a cheaper water heater, and then had it installed in less time than they had quoted for the whole time without my innane questions. He knew all the code required and had innovative solutions on how to get me there (and yes it passed the inspection). Could not be happier! Thanks FAST! more

I was very pleased with the work of this company. They were on time and installed without any issues. The workers made every effort to keep my house from getting dirty, covers over their shoes and laying down of mats to cover the rugs as they moved the heaters in and out of the house. They cleaned up after themselves and the inspection by city officals passed with no problems more

$329 + permit + parts = $858. 9/20/2011

I ask how much. They said $329 + permit + other fees on the phone. On the day of installation, the final price came to $858. That's all most 3 times as much. I found out a drip pan was $99. I said no. I went to home depot and got 1 @ $22. I had to use them because I had home depot gift cards and they accept them. So that was why I went ahead with the installation. Jason was terrific and explained everything required in the removal of our old hot water tank and the installation of a new one. He went over the features of the new tank and was pleasant, communicated well and very tidy. I would recommend him to others. more

Jason from Fast Water Heater Company was Quick and VERY knowledgeable. He cleaned up everything after the installation of our new hot water heater. FAST is the word! 7/1/2011

Our water heater, which was a unique size & shape, died. The big box store couldn't get what we needed for at least 18 days, but gave us the name & number for FAST Water Heater. Not only did FWH have the size we needed in stock, they were able to install it the next day. The technician, Gordon, was great! He was pleasant without being over-friendly, courteous, tidy & clean in his work, and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions, explained options and county regulations that hadn't been covered on the phone, and didn't pressure us to "buy up" on any products or services. Pricing was competitive with or better than plumbing companies in the area. We were delighted with FWH and highly recommend them. more
