Found the initial phone conversation honast and without pressure, The installation went smoothly, quickly and without a hitch. Installer explained everything pertaining to my new water heater and cleaned up after himself. I'm very pleased with their performance. more

Less expensive and fast 9/24/2012

This company gave a much lower quote than competitors. The tech arrived on time, worked hard and completed the job beautifully. Several neighbors have used this company. I can now add my recommendation to others as well. more

Pleasant Experience 9/19/2012

We used Fast Water Heater to replace our 14-year-old water heater. It wasn’t an emergency, so we had time to get multiple estimates. Based on the recommendation of a friend and Angie’s List reviews, we went with Fast Water Heater. They also had the lowest estimate. They came out the next day to replace the water heater. Since our water heater was old, we needed to install earthquake straps, a drip pan, and an expansion tank. I was expecting these extra costs, due to my research. Dennis did a thorough job of bringing everything up to code. He even replaced our shower heads for free. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I thought the price was very reasonable. more

Excellent Service 7/22/2012

Hot Water tank went out called Home Depot they sent me over to Fast Water Heater Company. They were out the next day removed the old tank, installed the new, cleaned up, went over the warranty and done in 2 hours. The installer was polite, professional and did an all around great job. I would use them again and would refer them to others. more

Excellent service and installation 7/15/2012

I just had my water heater replaced by this company and the installer was friendly, informative and effiicient. I had a difficult installation due to the design of the house and he tackled it and did a wonderful job. I would recommend this company highly. more

Fast, Consistent and Qaulity Service 7/6/2012

I first Used Fast Water Heater Company 13 years ago to rplace a worn out gas water heater that had stopped working. Their service was done the same day I called. They had the water heater I wanted and they did a quality job for a good price. At the time they told me that a gas water heater normally lasts 10 to 12 years. True to what they said 13 years later my tank started to have some problems heating. I called Fast and again there response was quick. We wanted to replace with the same or much the same tank. They told us they could install a similar tank, but suggested we might want to look at a tankless water heater. they explained that the cost was similar, it would last longer and provide great service. They answered every question I had and a couple months after the installation we are very pleased with the change to a tankless water heater. Thanks Fast! more

The service I received from Fast Water Heater Co. was great. The technician (Jeff Z.) was very thorough in his explanations of the installation process. I called other places but they seemed reluctant to give an estimate. I Would recommend to anyone for the great service and great price. more

No Muss, No Fuss 6/4/2012

Never having had to replace a water heater before, I was relieved to be dealing with people who specialize in this area. We shopped at Home Depot, were connected with FWHC on the phone, and the next day had our hot water heater installed, the tank strapped to the wall, and our old hot water heater hauled away. Quick and easy, no muss, no fuss. The installer even called to let me know he could arrive an hour early, which was nice. It wasn't cheap, but I feel confident in the equipment and installation. more

Fast And Reliable 5/31/2012

Initial request was for a repair but due to the age of the water heater, they were willing to bring a water heater out to the place for a possible replacement. Replacement was needed due to age and problem, therefore a trip and time was saved. Thanks! more

Water heater installation 5/18/2012

Scheduling an appt was a snap. Technician arrived right on time. He was very knowledgable and went over everything that needed to be done....the correct way. Install was quick and thorough. I liked that he had everything that he needed to do the job all in his truck. Even cleaned up the area well. Awesome service! more

I just had a new hot water tank installed by Fast Water Heater and their service was excellent. They did such a good job on replacing the old tank, bringing everything up to code with the installation, clean-up after the job and testing to ensure that everything was in good working order before they left. I got 4 bids before choosing Fast Water Heater and recommend them without hesitation. more

Great water heater repair company 3/30/2012

My wife and I were getting ready to go out of town, when three days before our hot water heater crapped out. We called up Fast in desperation and they had it fixed within 24 hours! The installation gentleman was professional and courteous. He even told me down to the minute when he was to arrive! Next time this happens I'll call them without a doubt. more
