Never having had to replace a water heater before, I was relieved to be dealing with people who specialize in this area. We shopped at Home Depot, were connected with FWHC on the phone, and the next day had our hot water heater installed, the tank strapped to the wall, and our old hot water heater hauled away. Quick and easy, no muss, no fuss. The installer even called to let me know he could arrive an hour early, which was nice. It wasn't cheap, but I feel confident in the equipment and installation.
